【摘要】：70年代后期，，與電勵磁電機相比永磁同步電機具有體積小、效率高、功率因素高等一系列優(yōu)點而得到了科技研究人員和行業(yè)應(yīng)用人員的廣泛關(guān)注。相信在不久的未來，伴隨著新的永磁材料被不斷地開發(fā)利用，控制理論的不斷完善發(fā)展，以及電力電子器件的不斷進步，永磁同步電機的控制驅(qū)動技術(shù)會吸引越來越多的研究和應(yīng)用。 論文是作者在對豐富的相關(guān)資料及文章廣泛閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上，在對PMSM及其控制驅(qū)動技術(shù)的發(fā)展和趨勢深入理解之后，在對電機的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)作出解析后分析了三相及兩相不同坐標(biāo)系并建立了永磁同步電機在三種不同坐標(biāo)系下的數(shù)學(xué)模型，詳盡地探究了PMSM的矢量控制策略。并且提出了在積分環(huán)節(jié)加入反饋的PI的電流滯環(huán)控制方案，在Matlab/Simulink環(huán)境下仿真表明其與使用常規(guī)比例積分PI的電流控制方案相比具有更快的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩響應(yīng)。 在數(shù)學(xué)軟件Matlab的系統(tǒng)建模、仿真組件Simulink環(huán)境下進行模擬仿真之后，搭建了在電流、轉(zhuǎn)速采樣電路、智能功率模塊驅(qū)動電路、隔離電路，及電源電路等電路的基礎(chǔ)上以TMS320C2812數(shù)字信號處理器DSP為核心，以智能功率模塊IPM為驅(qū)動的系統(tǒng)對永磁同步電機進行控制。軟件方面分析了程序的整體思路，主體結(jié)構(gòu)及中斷的執(zhí)行流程，以及A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、PI控制、PWM調(diào)制器等子程序的功能實現(xiàn)，敘述了矢量控制系統(tǒng)的控制流程，實現(xiàn)了控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化智能控制。
[Abstract]:In the late 1970s, compared with the electric excitation machine, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has a series of advantages, such as small size, high efficiency and high power factor, so it has been paid more attention by researchers and applications in the field of science and technology. It is believed that in the near future, along with the constant development and utilization of new permanent magnetic materials, the continuous improvement of control theory and the continuous progress of power electronic devices, The control drive technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) will attract more and more research and application. This paper is on the basis of extensive reading of the rich relevant data and articles, after the in-depth understanding of the development and trend of PMSM and its control-driven technology, After analyzing the internal structure of the motor, the three-phase and two-phase different coordinate systems are analyzed, and the mathematical models of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in three different coordinate systems are established. The vector control strategy of PMSM is discussed in detail. The current hysteresis control scheme of PI with feedback in the integral link is proposed. The simulation in Matlab/Simulink environment shows that the current control scheme with proportional integral PI has faster speed and torque response than that of the conventional proportional integral current control scheme. After the system modeling of the mathematical software Matlab and the simulation under the environment of Simulink, the sampling circuit of current and speed, the drive circuit of intelligent power module and the isolation circuit are built. Based on the TMS320C2812 digital signal processor (DSP) and the intelligent power module (IPM), the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is controlled on the basis of the power circuit and other circuits. In the software aspect, the whole idea of the program, the main structure of the program and the execution flow of the interrupt are analyzed, and the function realization of the subroutine such as A / D conversion, PI control, PWM modulator, etc., and the control flow of the vector control system are described. The digital intelligent control of the control system is realized.
