基于RFID技術(shù)的鋰電池管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:鋰電池作為新型綠色能源得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,已逐步取代鉛酸蓄電池成為電動(dòng)車輛的動(dòng)力源。鋰電池與鉛酸電池相比有四大優(yōu)勢(shì):(1)鋰電池不含鎘、鉛、汞之類的有害重金屬物質(zhì):(2)鋰電池輕巧靈便,重量?jī)H為鉛酸電池重量的1/4左右:(3)壽命長(zhǎng),鋰電池使用年限為鉛酸電池的兩倍左右;(4)鋰電池可以在低溫環(huán)境下正常使用,不存在鉛酸電池在低溫下電量大幅度衰減的問題。但是隨著鋰電池的大量使用,鋰電池管理問題也日益突出,如安全保護(hù)、故障分析診斷、防盜和生命周期管理等。 本文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋰電池管理系統(tǒng),以下簡(jiǎn)稱RFBMS系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)在鋰電池狀態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和安全保護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,采用RFID技術(shù)將電池信息、傳輸?shù)戒囯姵毓芾砥脚_(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋰電池遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和管理。RFBMS系統(tǒng)由感知層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)層和應(yīng)用層三個(gè)部分組成。感知層完成鋰電池保護(hù)和數(shù)據(jù)采集功能,包括鋰電池RFID保護(hù)板和RFID閱讀器的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)層通過Internet完成鋰電池?cái)?shù)據(jù)傳輸。應(yīng)用層完成鋰電池遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)和管理功能。 RFBMS系統(tǒng)為蘇州大學(xué)和捷奧比電動(dòng)車有限公司校企合作項(xiàng)目,目前,該系統(tǒng)已在捷奧比電動(dòng)車有限公司運(yùn)行。比較好地解決了鋰電池的安全保護(hù)、故障分析診斷、防盜和生命周期管理等問題。
[Abstract]:As a new type of green energy, lithium battery has been used more and more widely, and has gradually replaced lead-acid battery as the power source of electric vehicles. Lithium batteries have four advantages over lead-acid batteries: (1) Lithium batteries do not contain harmful heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, and mercury; (2) Lithium batteries are light and nimble, weighing only about 1 / 4 of the weight of lead-acid batteries: (3) long life. The service life of lithium battery is about twice as long as that of lead-acid battery; (4) Lithium battery can be used normally in low temperature environment, and there is no problem that lead-acid battery can attenuate greatly at low temperature. However, with the extensive use of lithium batteries, the problems of lithium battery management, such as safety protection, fault analysis and diagnosis, anti-theft and life-cycle management, are becoming more and more prominent. In this paper, the lithium battery management system, hereinafter referred to as RFBMS system, is designed and implemented. On the basis of real-time monitoring and security protection of lithium battery status, the system adopts RFID technology to transmit battery information to lithium battery management platform to realize remote monitoring and management of lithium battery. The network layer and the application layer are composed of three parts. The sensing layer completes the functions of lithium battery protection and data acquisition, including the hardware and software design of lithium battery RFID protection board and RFID reader. The network layer completes the data transmission of lithium battery through Internet. The application layer completes the lithium battery remote monitoring and management function. RFBMS system is a school-enterprise cooperation project between Suzhou University and Jeopin Electric vehicle Co., Ltd., the system has been operated in Jeopi Electric vehicle Co., Ltd. The problems such as safety protection, fault analysis and diagnosis, anti-theft and life cycle management of lithium battery are solved.
