樂山電網(wǎng)在線安全穩(wěn)定管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電力企業(yè)的社會(huì)效益最重要電網(wǎng)正常平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行,建立電網(wǎng)在線安全穩(wěn)定管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)在線評(píng)估和安全預(yù)警能力,幫助減少系統(tǒng)故障風(fēng)險(xiǎn),使電網(wǎng)運(yùn)維人員能夠有更多的時(shí)間、精力關(guān)注電網(wǎng)健康發(fā)展。本系統(tǒng)選擇使用.NET開發(fā),配合OPEN-3000平臺(tái),后端采用高效穩(wěn)定的Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫作為存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng),程序使用C#語言開發(fā),利用多種暫態(tài)算法計(jì)算受控系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定性,.NET框架下的C#可以直接生成高效的原生態(tài)可執(zhí)行代碼,能夠大大提高事務(wù)處理速度,并能夠結(jié)合.NET的框架提供自動(dòng)調(diào)度和Web界面交互。本系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)采集子系統(tǒng)、分析預(yù)警子系統(tǒng)和控制決策子系統(tǒng)、離線研究四部分組成。數(shù)據(jù)采集子系統(tǒng)采集和處理電力系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)信息,為后續(xù)的安全穩(wěn)定分析和控制決策提供數(shù)據(jù)源;分析預(yù)警子系統(tǒng)根據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)工況對(duì)潛在故障進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估及預(yù)警;當(dāng)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)不安全或潛在不安全的情況下,啟動(dòng)預(yù)防控制或緊急控制策略搜索模塊,向調(diào)度運(yùn)行人員提供運(yùn)行方式調(diào)整建議,或通過穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)緊急控制在線預(yù)決策。本文通過潮流計(jì)算、暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定、動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定以及電壓穩(wěn)定等各個(gè)角度分析研究了負(fù)荷模型對(duì)仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響,經(jīng)過實(shí)際運(yùn)行,從負(fù)荷的頻率特性和電壓特性方面總結(jié)出了負(fù)荷模型對(duì)大區(qū)域互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定性影響的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)不穩(wěn)定因素,使受控電網(wǎng)整體故障率趨緩。
[Abstract]:The most important social benefit of power enterprises is the normal and stable operation of the power grid. An on-line security and stability management system is established to realize the on-line evaluation and security early warning capability of the power grid, and help to reduce the system failure risk. So that the power grid operators can have more time, energy to focus on the healthy development of the grid. This system chooses to use .NET development, cooperate with OPEN-3000 platform, the back end uses efficient and stable Oracle database as the storage system, the program is developed with C # language, and uses a variety of transient algorithms to calculate the security and stability of the controlled system. C # under. Net Framework can directly generate efficient original eco-executable code, can greatly improve transaction processing speed, and can provide automatic scheduling and Web interface interaction combined with .NET Framework. This system consists of four parts: data acquisition subsystem, analysis and early warning subsystem and control decision subsystem. The data acquisition subsystem collects and processes the real-time state information of the power system, provides the data source for the subsequent security and stability analysis and control decision-making, and analyzes the comprehensive evaluation and early warning of the potential faults by the early warning subsystem according to the real-time working conditions. When the system is unsafe or potentially unsafe, the preventive control or emergency control strategy search module is initiated to provide the dispatcher with suggestions on how to adjust the operation mode, or to realize the emergency control online predecision through the stable control system. In this paper, power flow calculation, transient stability, dynamic stability and voltage stability are used to analyze and study the influence of load model on the simulation results. The characteristics of the influence of load model on dynamic stability of large-area interconnected power network are summarized from the aspects of load frequency characteristics and voltage characteristics, and the unstable factors are summarized, which slows down the failure rate of the controlled power grid as a whole.
