【摘要】：為全面評價涂敷防火涂料電纜的火災(zāi)危險性,用錐形量熱儀試驗研究不同熱輻射強度下防火涂料對電纜燃燒性能的影響,對普通電纜和涂敷防火涂料電纜的熱釋放速率、火災(zāi)增長指數(shù)、煙氣生成速率和熱響應(yīng)參數(shù)等進(jìn)行對比分析。研究結(jié)果表明:涂敷防火涂料的電纜在中小規(guī)�；馂�(zāi)中點燃較難,熱釋放速率減小,火勢增長緩慢,涂料能起較好的阻燃作用;當(dāng)火災(zāi)規(guī)模較大或火災(zāi)充分發(fā)展時,涂料的阻燃作用十分有限;防火涂料使電纜的產(chǎn)煙量減少,但由于不完全燃燒,煙氣毒性增大。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively evaluate the fire risk of cable coated with fireproof coating, the influence of fireproof coating on the combustion performance of cable under different thermal radiation intensity was studied by cone calorimeter, and the heat release rate of ordinary cable and cable coated with fireproof coating was also studied. Fire growth index, smoke formation rate and thermal response parameters were compared and analyzed. The results show that the cable coated with fireproof coating is difficult to ignite in small and medium-sized fires, the heat release rate decreases, the fire grows slowly, and the coating can play a better role in flame retardancy. When the fire scale is large or the fire is fully developed, the flame retardant effect of the coating is very limited, and the smoke production of the cable is reduced by the fire retardant coating, but the smoke toxicity increases due to incomplete combustion.
