基于在線監(jiān)測(cè)的輸變電設(shè)備故障診斷方法研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:輸變電設(shè)備的故障診斷是對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)估及檢修維護(hù)的重要依據(jù),其判定方法的準(zhǔn)確可靠將直接影響到輸變電設(shè)備正常運(yùn)維及狀態(tài)檢修甚至到整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)的安全與穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。對(duì)基于在線監(jiān)測(cè)的輸變電設(shè)備故障診斷方法進(jìn)行研究與應(yīng)用將是提高設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修效率,,提高故障判別能力的有效手段之一。本文分析了輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的形成機(jī)理及國(guó)內(nèi)外各種基于輸變電設(shè)備的傳統(tǒng)分析方法及人工智能方法,設(shè)計(jì)了可實(shí)際應(yīng)用的輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)及其綜合智能判定方法,利用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)的在線監(jiān)測(cè)。最后對(duì)設(shè)備的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了與傳統(tǒng)方式的比對(duì)、分析。實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)的診斷結(jié)果表明基于在線監(jiān)測(cè)的輸變電設(shè)備故障診斷方法是可行的,確實(shí)能夠有效提高輸變電設(shè)備故障診斷的準(zhǔn)確性與可靠性。
[Abstract]:The fault diagnosis of transmission and transformation equipment is an important basis for the evaluation and maintenance of the equipment's running condition. The accuracy and reliability of the method will directly affect the normal operation and maintenance of power transmission and transformation equipment, condition-based maintenance and even the safety and stability of the whole power system. The research and application of on-line monitoring-based fault diagnosis method for transmission and transformer equipment will be one of the effective means to improve the efficiency of equipment condition-based maintenance and improve the ability of fault discrimination. In this paper, the forming mechanism of on-line monitoring technology for transmission and transformer equipment and the traditional analysis method and artificial intelligence method based on transmission and transformation equipment at home and abroad are analyzed. The on-line monitoring system of transmission and transformer equipment condition and its comprehensive intelligent judgment method are designed. The on-line monitoring of transmission and transformer equipment status is realized by using computer system. Finally, the monitoring data of the equipment are compared with the traditional methods and analyzed. The diagnosis results of practical data show that the fault diagnosis method based on-line monitoring is feasible and can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of transmission and transformer equipment fault diagnosis.
