繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修管理中的策略選擇研究

【摘要】:本文以整個電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)裝置為研究對象,結(jié)合繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備自身的特點,以保證設(shè)備的安全運行作為繼電保護(hù)檢修管理策略選擇的首要原則對論文進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和設(shè)計。本文首先詳細(xì)分析和介紹了目前國內(nèi)外繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修管理中策略選擇的研究動態(tài),對我國繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并對目前國內(nèi)繼電保護(hù)檢修管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了檢修管理的原因分析。本文著重對繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修管理中的策略選擇在高低壓繼電保護(hù)檢修中重要性進(jìn)行闡述,對策略選擇的整體思路、故障檢測評估以及狀態(tài)識別進(jìn)行了介紹和總結(jié),并結(jié)合實際的分析方法對每個狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析,對繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備檢修的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行了闡述。本文實例論證了某110kV電站的繼電保護(hù)裝置近3年項目檢修中的事故類型,分別使用事故流程圖、因果分析表、柱狀圖、事故類型統(tǒng)計表、策略分析樹法分析、統(tǒng)計和總結(jié)了繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修管理中的策略選擇在繼電保護(hù)檢修中的重要性,并用這些分析手段進(jìn)行了策略選擇和原因分析,比較清晰、直觀的給出了事故類型統(tǒng)計原因和事故類型,對電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修管理中的策略選擇給出了理論分析和實證分析,為后續(xù)的電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)狀態(tài)檢修以及平時運行維護(hù)提供了參考。本文對電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)檢修檢修管理中的策略選擇的整體思路進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和介紹,詳細(xì)介紹了電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修的故障檢測評估以及檢修的狀態(tài)識別,并分別對繼電保護(hù)的檢修策略進(jìn)行了分析和策略優(yōu)選,分別利用事故流程圖、因果分析表、柱狀圖、事故類型統(tǒng)計表、策略分析樹法分析等手段和方法進(jìn)行了電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)裝置檢修的策略選擇研究分析。
[Abstract]:Taking the relay protection device of the whole power system as the research object and combining the characteristics of the relay protection equipment, the paper is planned and designed in order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment as the first principle to choose the maintenance management strategy of the relay protection. In this paper, the research trends of strategy selection in the maintenance management of relay protection devices at home and abroad are analyzed and introduced in detail, and the present situation and existing problems of the maintenance of relay protection devices in China are analyzed. The causes of maintenance management in domestic relay protection maintenance management are analyzed. This paper focuses on the importance of strategy selection in maintenance management of relay protection devices in high and low voltage relay protection maintenance, and introduces and summarizes the overall thinking of strategy selection, fault detection and evaluation, and status identification. Combined with the actual analysis method, the status quo and the existing problems of the maintenance of relay protection equipment are analyzed in this paper, and the current situation and the existing problems of the maintenance of relay protection equipment are described. This paper demonstrates the accident types of relay protection equipment in the past 3 years in a 110kV power station, using accident flow chart, cause and effect analysis table, column chart, accident type statistic table and strategy analysis tree method, respectively. In this paper, the importance of strategy selection in maintenance management of relay protection device is statistically summarized, and the strategy selection and cause analysis are carried out with these analysis methods, and it is clear that the strategy selection of relay protection device maintenance management is very clear. The statistical reasons and types of accidents are given intuitively, and the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis are given to the strategy selection in the maintenance management of relay protection devices in power system. It provides a reference for the condition-based maintenance of relay protection and the normal operation and maintenance of power system. In this paper, the overall idea of strategy selection in the management of relay protection maintenance in power system is planned and introduced, and the fault detection and evaluation of relay protection device maintenance in power system as well as the status identification of maintenance are introduced in detail. The maintenance strategy of relay protection is analyzed and optimized, and the accident flow chart, cause and effect analysis table, column chart and accident type statistic table are used respectively. The strategy selection of relay protection device maintenance in power system is studied by means of strategy analysis tree method and other methods.
