配電網(wǎng)中分布式電源選址與定容問題的研究

【摘要】:國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,電力的需求量也越來越大。為了應對日益增長的用電量,一方面要增加裝機容量,另外一方面要節(jié)約電能。傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)電方式會產(chǎn)生大量污染物,并且不經(jīng)濟。分布式電源多使用清潔能源,對環(huán)境友好,同時又是可再生能源。分布電源接入配電網(wǎng)后,會對配電網(wǎng)的潮流、繼電保護等方面造成影響。合理的規(guī)劃分布式電源的接入點和接入容量,會減小對配電網(wǎng)保護的沖擊,并且能夠降低系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)損,改善電壓水平,增強配電網(wǎng)的可靠性。因此,本文研究分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)后的選址與定容問題。 論文在闡述各種分布式電源出力特性、控制特性及優(yōu)缺點等的基礎上,分析了分布式電源對配電網(wǎng)潮流、電壓水平、保護、穩(wěn)態(tài)電壓分布等的影響。以分布式電源運行費用和網(wǎng)損費用之和最小為目標,以電壓約束條、功率約束條件、潮流約束、分布式電源容量約束條件等為約束條件,建立數(shù)學模型,采用懲罰函數(shù)處理約束條件,利用遺傳算法對所建立的模型進行求解,采用自適應的交叉率和變異率,對遺傳算法采用精英策略進行改進。利用Matlab軟件進行編程計算,分析計算了六種不同的分布式電源組合接入配電網(wǎng)的接入點和接入容量,表明了算法的有效性,,證明了分布式電源的接入點和接入容量不同會對配電網(wǎng)造成影響,不同分布式電源組合,其最佳接入點、接入容量以及接入配電網(wǎng)后的經(jīng)濟性也不同。利用本文提出的方法,編制了基于VC6.0的分布式電源選址與定容輔助決策軟件,通過本軟件能方便地確定分布式電源的接入點和接入容量。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy, the demand for electricity is also increasing. In order to cope with the increasing electricity consumption, the installed capacity is increased on the one hand, and the electric energy is saved on the other hand. The traditional way of power generation produces a large amount of pollutants and is not economical. The distributed power supply uses clean energy, is environment-friendly, and is also a renewable energy source. After the distributed power supply is connected to the distribution network, the power flow, relay protection and other aspects of the distribution network are affected. The reasonable planning of the access point and the access capacity of the distributed power supply can reduce the impact on the protection of the distribution network, and can reduce the loss of the system network, improve the voltage level and enhance the reliability of the distribution network. Therefore, this paper studies the location and constant volume of distributed power supply in the distribution network. In this paper, the power flow, voltage level, protection and steady-state voltage distribution of the distribution network are analyzed on the basis of describing the output characteristics, control characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the distributed power supply. In response to that sum of the operating cost and the network loss cost of the distributed power supply, a mathematical model is set up by using the constraint of voltage constraint, power constraint condition, power flow constraint and distributed power supply capacity constraint condition, and the constraint bar is treated with a penalty function. In this paper, a genetic algorithm is used to solve the established model, and the self-adaptive cross-rate and variation rate are used to correct the genetic algorithm with the elite strategy. In this paper, the access point and the access capacity of six different distributed power distribution networks are calculated and calculated by using the Matlab software. The effectiveness of the algorithm is shown. It is proved that the access point and the access capacity of the distributed power supply can cause shadow to the distribution network. in response to that combination of different distributed pow sources, the optimal access point, the access capacity, and the economy after access to the distribution network are not By using the method proposed in this paper, a distributed power supply location and constant volume auxiliary decision-making software based on V6.0 is developed, and the access point and the access capacity of the distributed power source can be easily determined by the software.
