火電廠燃煤配比與采購計劃優(yōu)化方法與系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:能源是一個國家國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。我國作為以煤炭為主要能源的國家,煤炭分布卻極為不均衡,且煤質(zhì)差異較大,這使火電廠無法全部使用設(shè)計煤種。因此,企業(yè)需要通過燃煤配比實現(xiàn)煤炭資源的優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)。同時,燃煤采購費用與庫存管理費用在火電廠的成本結(jié)構(gòu)中占據(jù)很大比例,如何科學(xué)、合理的安排燃煤采購以降低企業(yè)成本,受到越來越多的關(guān)注。本文以國內(nèi)某電廠的實際需求為背景,結(jié)合電廠實際生產(chǎn)情況,針對火力發(fā)電過程燃煤配比與采購計劃兩大問題進(jìn)行研究,主要工作如下:1)討論了進(jìn)行燃煤配比與制定燃煤采購計劃的目的及意義,介紹了燃煤配比與燃煤采購的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了燃煤配比與燃煤采購環(huán)節(jié)仍存在的問題。2)以國內(nèi)某電廠的實際調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),確立系統(tǒng)的需求分析,規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的主要功能,提出系統(tǒng)的性能需求。3)對主要煤質(zhì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析、介紹,對燃煤配比中煤質(zhì)參數(shù)的線性可加性、采購環(huán)節(jié)中物流平衡與安全庫存理論進(jìn)行討論,并針對燃煤配比與采購計劃兩個優(yōu)化問題,分別建立以配煤總成本最低為目標(biāo)的燃煤配比數(shù)學(xué)模型,以及以采購環(huán)節(jié)總成本最低為目標(biāo)的采購計劃數(shù)學(xué)模型,引入線性規(guī)劃求解軟件包lp_solve完成兩個模型的求解工作,證明兩個模型均能求得最優(yōu)解。4)以需求分析為背景、優(yōu)化模型為核心,開發(fā)并實現(xiàn)了燃煤輔助決策系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用Flash Builder與MyEclipse兩大集成開發(fā)環(huán)境進(jìn)行開發(fā),采用Flex +Spring+Hibernate框架搭建服務(wù)開發(fā)平臺,使用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫,Tomcat服務(wù)器。系統(tǒng)可為用戶提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、自動化配煤、人機(jī)結(jié)合配煤和燃煤采購數(shù)據(jù)管理四個核心功能。系統(tǒng)界面美觀,操作便捷,用戶體驗效果良好。最后,通過某電廠的實際問題在本系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,對模型和系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了驗證,結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)可為用戶提供最優(yōu)的解決方案,為用戶的實際生產(chǎn)帶來效益。
[Abstract]:Energy is an important material basis of a country's national economy and an important guarantee for sustainable development. As a country with coal as the main energy, the distribution of coal is extremely uneven, and the coal quality is quite different, which makes it impossible for thermal power plants to use all the designed coal. Therefore, enterprises need to realize the complementary advantages of coal resources through coal-burning ratio. At the same time, coal procurement costs and inventory management costs occupy a large proportion in the cost structure of thermal power plants. More and more attention has been paid to how to arrange coal procurement scientifically and rationally in order to reduce the cost of enterprises. Based on the actual demand of a power plant in China and the actual production situation of the power plant, this paper studies the two major problems of coal-fired proportioning and procurement plan in the process of thermal power generation. The main work is as follows: 1) the purpose and significance of coal proportioning and coal procurement plan are discussed, and the research status at home and abroad of coal mix ratio and coal procurement is introduced. 2) based on the actual investigation of a power plant in China, the demand analysis of the system and the main functions of the planning system are established. The performance requirements of the system are put forward. 3) the main coal quality parameters are analyzed, and the linear additivity of coal quality parameters in coal-burning ratio, the theory of logistics balance and safe inventory in purchasing process are discussed. Aiming at the optimization problems of coal blending ratio and purchasing plan, the mathematical models of coal blending ratio aiming at the lowest total cost of coal blending, and the mathematical model of purchasing plan aiming at the lowest total cost of purchasing link are established respectively. The linear programming software package lp_solve is introduced to solve the two models, and it is proved that the two models can obtain the optimal solutions. 4) based on the demand analysis and the optimization model as the core, the coal-fired auxiliary decision-making system is developed and implemented. The system adopts Flash Builder and MyEclipse integrated development environment, uses Flex Spring Hibernate framework to build service development platform, uses Oracle database, Tomcat server. The system can provide users with four core functions: basic data management, automatic coal blending, man-machine coal blending and coal procurement data management. The interface of the system is beautiful, the operation is convenient, and the effect of user experience is good. Finally, the model and the system are verified by the application of some practical problems in the system. The results show that the system can provide the users with the best solution and bring benefits to the actual production of the users.
