【摘要】：繼電保護(hù)壓板位置一般與一次設(shè)備運(yùn)行方式相關(guān),在一次設(shè)備運(yùn)行方式改變時(shí),有時(shí)需要改變壓板的位置進(jìn)行匹配。實(shí)際運(yùn)行操作中因壓板位置投退錯(cuò)誤,已導(dǎo)致多起事故發(fā)生。為了避免保護(hù)壓板出現(xiàn)漏投、誤投現(xiàn)象,從搜索一次元件狀態(tài)、運(yùn)行方式的角度出發(fā),在采集壓板位置信息基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種壓板位置與一次元件運(yùn)行方式匹配狀態(tài)的智能校核方法。根據(jù)一次元件的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及相應(yīng)的壓板整定規(guī)則,生成一次元件壓板位置關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則庫,利用變電站開關(guān)狀態(tài)信息在變電站倒閘操作后自動(dòng)識(shí)別一次元件狀態(tài),與一次元件壓板規(guī)則庫進(jìn)行比較,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)不一致時(shí)給出報(bào)警提示信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)了壓板位置的智能校核。通過對(duì)實(shí)際工程中變壓器運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)檢修操作任務(wù)的分析,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The position of relay protection pressure plate is usually related to the operation mode of primary equipment. When the operation mode of primary equipment is changed, it is sometimes necessary to change the position of the press plate to match. In the actual operation, many accidents have occurred because of the error in the position of the press plate. In order to avoid the phenomenon of leakage and misthrow of the protection plate, from the point of view of searching the state of the primary element and running mode, on the basis of collecting the position information of the press plate, This paper presents an intelligent checking method for matching the position of the pressing plate with the running mode of the primary component. According to the running state of the primary element and the corresponding setting rules of the press plate, the position association rule base of the primary component is generated, and the state of the primary element is automatically identified by using the information of the switching state of the substation after the switching operation of the substation. Compared with the primary pressure plate rule base, the alarm signal is given when there is inconsistency, and the intelligent check of the position of the press plate is realized. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by analyzing the operation tasks of transformer operation and maintenance in practical engineering.
