基于ZigBee的寬色域智能照明系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:伴隨著電子信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展以及移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速普及,現(xiàn)代人的生活品質(zhì)得到了明顯的提高,人們對(duì)于智慧家居的需求越來越強(qiáng)烈,將家電、照明燈具、家庭影院、安全系統(tǒng)等模塊通過無線或有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方式集成到終端控制系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)家居的智能管理和控制已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今消費(fèi)類電子的發(fā)展方向。智能家居的概念也逐漸從抽象變?yōu)榫唧w,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),智能家居的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)多樣化,技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方式也更加的豐富,依托物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展的智能家居更是越來越成為熱點(diǎn)。 智能照明系統(tǒng)是智能家居中必不可少的重要組成部分,傳統(tǒng)的照明系統(tǒng)由于布局布線復(fù)雜,,功能簡(jiǎn)單,色彩顯示單一,已經(jīng)無法滿足人們?nèi)找嫣岣叩恼彰髌焚|(zhì)要求,本文在傳統(tǒng)照明系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),對(duì)新一代智能照明系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究和設(shè)計(jì),照明光源選用第四代綠色光源LED,硬件驅(qū)動(dòng)采用256級(jí)PWM驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,控制方式采用2.4G ZigBee無線和TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信,交互設(shè)計(jì)采用Android智能手機(jī)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了“智能手持終端集中控制,網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊數(shù)據(jù)透?jìng)鳎琇ED燈具實(shí)時(shí)響應(yīng)”的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),提供給用戶智能化、無線化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的全新的照明體驗(yàn)。 本論文的主要研究成果有: 1、設(shè)計(jì)制作了無線化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和寬色域的新一代照明光源節(jié)點(diǎn),硬件設(shè)計(jì)選用WRGB四色LED燈珠,通過PWM調(diào)波的方式進(jìn)行控制,軟件設(shè)計(jì)通過設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的xyY2RGB色度空間轉(zhuǎn)換算法及相應(yīng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)代碼,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高達(dá)1600萬色的精準(zhǔn)色域選擇和細(xì)膩柔和的色彩表現(xiàn),提供用戶極佳的照明體驗(yàn)。 2、設(shè)計(jì)了自適應(yīng)網(wǎng)關(guān)和遠(yuǎn)程WEB服務(wù)器,網(wǎng)關(guān)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行ZigBee協(xié)議和TCP/IP協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)化,WEB使本燈控系統(tǒng)具有遠(yuǎn)程訪問功能,軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有可擴(kuò)展性,能夠在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行例如智能插排等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能家居設(shè)備的開發(fā)。 3、控制方式采用Android智能手機(jī)平臺(tái),摒棄了傳統(tǒng)的控制平臺(tái)多選用PC或者需單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)應(yīng)的遙控器的方式,極大的提高了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 4、設(shè)計(jì)了一套較為完整的智能燈控系統(tǒng)通信協(xié)議,能夠調(diào)節(jié)LED燈的顏色、亮度、飽和度,設(shè)置延遲開/關(guān)燈,對(duì)燈進(jìn)行分組控制,預(yù)置情景模式,選擇遠(yuǎn)程訪問模式。該通信協(xié)議能夠較好的覆蓋智能照明領(lǐng)域所需的所有功能,協(xié)議接口簡(jiǎn)單,可移植性強(qiáng),具有較好的推廣性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic and information technology and the rapid popularization of mobile Internet, the quality of life of modern people has been significantly improved, and the demand for intelligent home is becoming stronger and stronger. Security system and other modules are integrated into terminal control system by means of wireless or wired network. It has become the development direction of consumer electronics to realize intelligent management and control of home. The concept of smart home has gradually changed from abstract to concrete. In the 21st century, the development of smart home is diversified, and the realization of technology is more and more rich. The smart home based on the Internet of things technology is becoming more and more hot. Intelligent lighting system is an essential part of smart home. Because of complex layout and wiring, simple function and single color display, the traditional lighting system can not meet people's increasing lighting quality requirements. In this paper, the traditional lighting system is improved, and the new generation intelligent lighting system is researched and designed. The fourth generation green light source LED, hardware driver is used to drive the fourth generation green light source, and 256grade PWM driver mode is adopted. The control mode adopts 2.4G ZigBee wireless and TCP/IP network communication, and the interactive design adopts Android smartphone platform. The design goal of "centralized control of smart handheld terminal, data transmission of gateway module and real-time response of LED lamps and lanterns" is realized. Provide users with intelligent, wireless, network-based new lighting experience. The main research achievements of this thesis are as follows: 1. A new generation of lighting source node with wireless, networked and wide color gamut is designed and manufactured. The hardware design adopts WRB four-color LED lamp bead, which is controlled by PWM wave modulation, and the main research results of this thesis are as follows: 1. By designing the optimized xyY2RGB chromaticity space conversion algorithm and the corresponding driving code, the software design realizes the accurate color gamut selection of up to 16 million colors and the delicate and soft color performance, and provides excellent lighting experience for users. 2. The adaptive gateway and remote WEB server are designed. The gateway automatically converts ZigBee protocol and TCP/IP protocol. WEB makes the lamp control system have remote access function, and the software architecture design has extensibility. On this basis, such as intelligent plug-in and other things intelligent home equipment development. 3, the control mode adopts the Android smart phone platform, abandons the traditional control platform to choose the PC more or need to design the corresponding remote control separately, which greatly improves the practical application value of the system. 4. A set of communication protocol of intelligent lamp control system is designed, which can adjust the color, brightness and saturation of LED lamp, set the delayed on / off light, group the lamp, set the scene mode, and choose the remote access mode. The communication protocol can cover all the functions needed in the intelligent lighting field. The protocol has the advantages of simple interface, strong portability and good generalization.
