直流配電電壓等級影響因素與評價指標(biāo)研究

【摘要】:交流配電網(wǎng)存在的種種問題,使直流配電的優(yōu)越性引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注,提出了構(gòu)建直流配電網(wǎng)和直流電網(wǎng)的設(shè)想與建議。直流配電網(wǎng)和直流電網(wǎng)作為新一代電網(wǎng)的革新或變革,將會引發(fā)包括直流電力設(shè)備與器具、直流導(dǎo)線與電纜等裝備和產(chǎn)品制造,直流配電和直流電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和運行的理論與方法等一系列需要研究、解決的問題。其中,電壓等級是眾多研究內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ),但尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)對直流配電電壓等級及其評價理論與方法的研究報道。 本文首先闡述了直流配電電壓等級研究的必要性,接著從社會發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、負(fù)荷與電源、運行經(jīng)濟(jì)性、系統(tǒng)安全等多個方面分析了直流配電電壓等級的內(nèi)外部影響因素,得出電壓等級的影響因素來源;根據(jù)部分影響因素給出了中、低壓直流配電電壓等級的方案;接著運用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型方法,對直流配電電壓等級的影響因素進(jìn)行了分層分析,明確了電壓等級的直接影響因素,并得到了影響因素的影響路徑,以及影響因素與電壓等級的關(guān)系;在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了直流配電電壓等級的評價指標(biāo)研究,分析、提出了經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性評價內(nèi)容、評價指標(biāo)及評價方法;從負(fù)荷發(fā)展、電源接入、技術(shù)與設(shè)備等角度給出了直流配電電壓等級適應(yīng)性的評價需求和評價建議;最后給出了直流配電電壓等級的綜合評價流程。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the problems of the AC distribution network and the superiority of DC power distribution have been paid more attention to, and the ideas and suggestions for constructing the direct current distribution network and the direct current network are put forward. As the innovation or change of the new generation of power grid, the DC power distribution network and the direct current network will lead to a series of needs research including the equipment and products of DC power equipment and appliances, DC conductors and cables, the planning, construction and operation of DC power distribution and direct current network, etc. A problem to be solved. The voltage class is the foundation of many research contents, but it has not been found that the current distribution voltage class and its evaluation theory and method have been reported. In this paper, the necessity of the study on the level of DC distribution voltage is described, and then the internal and external influences of the DC distribution voltage class are analyzed from the aspects of social development, economic development, load and power supply, operation economy, system security, etc. In this paper, the influence factors of the voltage class are obtained. The scheme of the voltage class of the medium and low voltage direct current distribution is given according to some factors. Then, the influence factors of the voltage class of the DC power distribution are divided by means of the explanation structure model method. In this paper, the direct influence factors of the voltage class are defined, the influence path of the influence factors is obtained, and the relation between the influence factors and the voltage class is obtained. On the basis of this, the evaluation index of the DC distribution voltage class is studied and analyzed, and the economy and the reliability evaluation are put forward. The evaluation index and evaluation method of DC distribution voltage class adaptability are given from the aspects of load development, power access, technology and equipment. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation flow of DC distribution voltage class is given.
