高壓直流換流閥關(guān)鍵元器件寬頻等效模型及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:換流閥作為高壓直流輸電系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,在運(yùn)行中要承受不同形式的過電壓(操作、陡波、雷電等過電壓),換流閥內(nèi)關(guān)鍵元件高頻參數(shù)及分散性問題會導(dǎo)致閥內(nèi)電壓分布不均勻。此外換流閥的周期性導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷過程會產(chǎn)生寬頻電磁騷擾,這會對換流站內(nèi)的通信設(shè)備及控制系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生影響。建立換流閥寬頻等效電路是對換流閥內(nèi)過電壓分析及電磁干擾預(yù)測的基礎(chǔ)。 本文在基本寬頻模型的基礎(chǔ)上提出了適合換流閥內(nèi)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備及元件高電壓大電流特點(diǎn)的寬頻模型,分析總結(jié)設(shè)備及元件不同物理結(jié)構(gòu)的寬頻特性,利用寬頻特性曲線預(yù)估模型參數(shù)。對應(yīng)用于高壓直流換流模塊實驗平臺的關(guān)鍵元件進(jìn)行寬頻測試,對比集成寬頻模型的仿真結(jié)果與測試曲線,驗證建模方法的有效性。通過上述建模方法,本文結(jié)合了國網(wǎng)智研院課題“±10kV壓接型IGBT換流閥多物理場研究”,重點(diǎn)研究了換流閥系統(tǒng)的寬頻等效模型,并基于換流閥的寬頻等效電路模型,研究了換流閥系統(tǒng)的過電壓分布特性及其影響因素。并結(jié)合換流閥過電壓的分布規(guī)律,從寄生參數(shù)方面簡要探討了過電壓分布的均衡措施,具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:As the key equipment in HVDC transmission system, converter valve has to bear different forms of overvoltage (operation, steep wave, lightning and so on). The high frequency parameters and dispersion of the key components in the converter valve will lead to the uneven distribution of the voltage in the valve. In addition, the periodic conduction and turn-off process of the converter valve will produce wide-band electromagnetic disturbance, which will affect the communication equipment and control system in the converter station. It is the foundation of the analysis of overvoltage and the prediction of electromagnetic interference to establish the broadband equivalent circuit of converter valve. Based on the basic broadband model, this paper presents a broadband model suitable for the characteristics of high voltage, high current and high voltage in the key equipment and components in the converter valve, and analyzes and summarizes the broadband characteristics of the equipment and the different physical structures of the components. The model parameters are estimated by broadband characteristic curve. The key components used in HVDC converter module are tested. The simulation results and test curves of the integrated broadband model are compared to verify the effectiveness of the modeling method. Through the above modeling methods, this paper combines the research project of "鹵10kV Pressure-Connected IGBT Converter Valve Multi-physical Field", and focuses on the broadband equivalent model of the commutation valve system, and based on the broadband equivalent circuit model of the commutation valve. The overvoltage distribution characteristics of converter valve system and its influencing factors are studied. Combined with the law of overvoltage distribution of converter valve, the equalization measures of overvoltage distribution from parasitic parameters are briefly discussed, which has certain reference value.
