無速度傳感器的永磁同步電機無差拍直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)永磁同步電機直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法中存在的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動大、開關(guān)頻率不恒定等問題,提出了一種永磁同步電機無差拍直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法。為了使系統(tǒng)工作于無速度傳感器狀態(tài),提出了一種簡單實用的基于轉(zhuǎn)子磁鏈的轉(zhuǎn)速辨識方法;谟来磐诫姍C的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過計算在一個控制周期內(nèi)能同時精確補償轉(zhuǎn)矩誤差和磁鏈誤差的空間電壓矢量,得出了基于磁鏈與轉(zhuǎn)矩的無差拍控制方法。利用轉(zhuǎn)子磁鏈旋轉(zhuǎn)速度與電機轉(zhuǎn)速(電角速度)完全一致的特點,提出了一種簡單實用的轉(zhuǎn)速辨識方法,并將此轉(zhuǎn)速辨識方法與無差拍直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法相結(jié)合。對傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法和提出的改進型控制方法分別進行了仿真與實驗對比。分析結(jié)果表明,相對于傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法,所提方法能夠明顯減小磁鏈與轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動,并且保持了傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制中轉(zhuǎn)矩動態(tài)響應(yīng)快的優(yōu)點。轉(zhuǎn)速辨識方法能夠快速、準確地提供轉(zhuǎn)速信號。仿真與實驗結(jié)果驗證了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of large torque ripple and unsteady switching frequency in the traditional direct torque control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a new direct torque control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor without beat is proposed in this paper. In order to make the system work in a sensorless state, a simple and practical speed identification method based on rotor flux is proposed. Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a beat free control method based on flux linkage and torque is proposed by calculating the space voltage vector which can accurately compensate both torque error and torque error in a control cycle. In this paper, a simple and practical speed identification method is proposed based on the characteristic that the rotor flux rotation speed is completely consistent with the motor speed (electric angular velocity), and the speed identification method is combined with the non-beat direct torque control (DTC) method. The traditional direct torque control method and the improved control method are compared by simulation and experiment respectively. The results show that compared with the traditional direct torque control method, the proposed method can significantly reduce flux chain and torque ripple, and maintain the advantages of fast torque dynamic response in traditional direct torque control. The speed identification method can provide the speed signal quickly and accurately. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
