大型電袋復(fù)合除塵器除塵效率的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:在自主研制的電袋復(fù)合除塵器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上研究了工作電壓、氣流溫度和入口粉塵質(zhì)量濃度對(duì)除塵性能的影響,探討了除塵效率和被捕集粉塵粒徑范圍等的變化規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:工作電壓增大時(shí),總除塵效率提高;氣流溫度超過130℃時(shí),總除塵效率明顯降低;入口粉塵質(zhì)量濃度增大到14.7g/m3以上時(shí),靜電除塵區(qū)除塵效率大幅下降;靜電除塵區(qū)主要除去10μm以上粒徑粉塵,而布袋除塵區(qū)除塵范圍偏向10μm以下的細(xì)小顆粒;在實(shí)際運(yùn)行過程中,適當(dāng)提高工作電壓以及降低煙氣溫度和入口粉塵質(zhì)量濃度,將有助于提高除塵效率和PM2.5的捕集率.

The variation rules of dust removal efficiency and particle size range of the arrested dust were discussed.
