光伏器件量子效率測(cè)試方法研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the measurement methods of quantum efficiency parameters of photovoltaic devices are studied from the point of view of system. Through the analysis of the theory of photovoltaic device quantum efficiency testing, based on the general photoelectric testing system, the hardware parts, such as system light source, Monochromator, sample room, low-noise preamplifier and high-precision data acquisition card, and the acquisition card, are analyzed. System control and data processing software part of the research and design. This paper also analyzes and deals with the introduction of stray light and multistage diffractive light, unstable power of light source, drift and noise in electronic circuit in the whole operation of the system. Finally, it is concluded that the quantum efficiency test system of photovoltaic device is continuous, the maximum inaccuracy is 1.73 and the instability is 1.2.
