油田變配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在大規(guī)模的電力工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,生產(chǎn)效率是整個(gè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的關(guān)鍵所在。為了保證有效的生產(chǎn)效率,及時(shí)掌控生產(chǎn)設(shè)備最新?tīng)顟B(tài)、記錄生產(chǎn)設(shè)備運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況是很關(guān)鍵的事情。記錄、查詢(xún)少量設(shè)備狀態(tài)本是很簡(jiǎn)單的事情,但是在大量設(shè)備的更替、維護(hù)的情況下記錄這些卻變成了即簡(jiǎn)單又復(fù)雜的一件事情。簡(jiǎn)單的是雖然很多但是每個(gè)步驟卻都很簡(jiǎn)單,復(fù)雜的是由于量的巨大,使得簡(jiǎn)單的事情在量的累積過(guò)后變得既耗人力又耗財(cái)力而且不能很有效處理的事。如何更加有效的進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)油田配電設(shè)備缺陷管理、維護(hù)已變成為在進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)建設(shè)中亟待解決的問(wèn)題。在電力系統(tǒng)中,為提高電力設(shè)備可靠運(yùn)行的管理軟件越來(lái)越多,對(duì)電力油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修及缺陷管理的要求越來(lái)越高。我們結(jié)合當(dāng)前油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修管理系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足,利用ASP語(yǔ)言、WEB界面、B/S結(jié)構(gòu)和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),組織設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)了內(nèi)容豐富響應(yīng)迅速的油田配電設(shè)備缺陷綜合管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的目的,是要建設(shè)一套完整的油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)變電站設(shè)備資源進(jìn)行有效管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修的閉環(huán)管理。該系統(tǒng)包含兩大子系統(tǒng),一是設(shè)備臺(tái)帳管理子系統(tǒng),二是油田配電設(shè)備缺陷閉環(huán)管理子系統(tǒng)。主要功能是實(shí)現(xiàn)所轄變電站的設(shè)備臺(tái)帳管理和油田配電設(shè)備缺陷閉環(huán)管理流程處理。設(shè)備臺(tái)帳管理子系統(tǒng)使用目錄樹(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)(Windows資源管理器模式),與許多其它網(wǎng)頁(yè)的不同之處在于:數(shù)據(jù)的輸入可頻繁使用回車(chē)鍵。開(kāi)發(fā)該子系統(tǒng)時(shí),充分考慮了方便簡(jiǎn)捷,功能擴(kuò)充和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)移植等方面的問(wèn)題。油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修管理子系統(tǒng)以油田配電設(shè)備缺陷處理流程為主線,從發(fā)現(xiàn)油田配電設(shè)備缺陷、核實(shí)缺陷、分級(jí)上報(bào)缺陷、處理缺陷、驗(yàn)收、資料歸檔等流程出發(fā),與設(shè)備臺(tái)帳管理子系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修的閉環(huán)管理工作。現(xiàn)設(shè)置的欄目如下:首頁(yè)、設(shè)備查詢(xún)、設(shè)備錄入、缺陷登記、缺陷監(jiān)視、缺陷報(bào)表、查看日志、發(fā)布通知、流程管理、工作移交、用戶(hù)管理、日志管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等13個(gè)欄目,核心功能為設(shè)備臺(tái)帳管理、油田配電設(shè)備缺陷閉環(huán)管理、用戶(hù)權(quán)限管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等四大部分。本文根據(jù)電力系統(tǒng)油田配電設(shè)備缺陷管理工作的實(shí)際需要,重點(diǎn)闡述了油田配電設(shè)備維護(hù)檢修綜合管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In large-scale power industry production, production efficiency is the key to the whole production link. In order to ensure effective production efficiency and timely control of the latest status of production equipment, it is very important to record the operation of production equipment. Recording, querying the status of a small number of devices is a simple matter, but it becomes a simple and complex thing to record when a large number of devices are replaced and maintained. The simple thing is that although there are many but every step is very simple. The complexity is that the amount of simple things after the accumulation of quantity becomes both labor and money consumption and can not be dealt with effectively. How to effectively manage the defects of distribution equipment in production fields and maintain them has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of modern industry. In power system, there are more and more management software to improve the reliable operation of power equipment, and the requirement of maintenance, repair and defect management of distribution equipment in electric power field is more and more high. Combined with the experience and deficiency of the maintenance and repair management system of oil field distribution equipment, we use ASP language, WEB interface, B / S structure and Access database. The organization has designed and developed the comprehensive management system of oilfield distribution equipment defect which is rich in content and quick in response. The purpose of this system is to build a complete maintenance and repair management system for oil field distribution equipment, to effectively manage substation equipment resources and to realize closed loop management of maintenance and repair of oil field distribution equipment. The system consists of two subsystems, one is the equipment account management subsystem, the other is the closed loop management subsystem of oilfield distribution equipment defect. The main function is to realize the equipment account management of the substation and the closed loop management process of the oilfield distribution equipment defect. The device account management subsystem uses the directory tree structure (Windows Explorer mode), which differs from many other web pages in that the input of data can frequently use the enter key. In the development of the subsystem, some problems such as convenience and simplicity, function expansion and database transplantation are considered. The maintenance and repair management subsystem of oil field distribution equipment takes the defect treatment process of oil field distribution equipment as the main line, starting from the process of finding defects in oil field distribution equipment, verifying defects, grading reporting defects, dealing with defects, accepting and accepting, archiving data, etc. Combined with equipment account management subsystem, closed loop management of oilfield distribution equipment maintenance and repair is realized. The columns now set up are as follows: home page, equipment inquiry, equipment input, defect registration, defect monitoring, defect report, check log, issue notice, process management, work transfer, user management, log management, system maintenance, etc. The core functions are equipment account management, oilfield distribution equipment defect closed loop management, user authority management and system maintenance. According to the actual needs of defect management of distribution equipment in electric power system, the design and implementation of comprehensive management system for maintenance and repair of distribution equipment in oil field are described in this paper.
