電力工程設(shè)計(jì)中電氣主接線方案評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略需要,我國(guó)電力設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)參與了眾多國(guó)內(nèi)外電力工程項(xiàng)目。在電力工程設(shè)計(jì)中,電氣主接線方案直接決定了工程整體技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性。因此設(shè)計(jì)人員評(píng)估電氣主接線方案十分關(guān)鍵。本文基于現(xiàn)有研究,通過研究110kV變電工程電氣主接線方案評(píng)估,給出一套適用于各類電力工程設(shè)計(jì)的電氣主接線方案評(píng)估方法。首先,根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、評(píng)估方法應(yīng)用環(huán)境和評(píng)估計(jì)算風(fēng)格對(duì)評(píng)估方法定位:基于電氣主接線設(shè)計(jì)階段可用數(shù)據(jù)資料,分可靠性、擴(kuò)建性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性三方面評(píng)估的簡(jiǎn)易工程計(jì)算。然后,從可靠性、擴(kuò)建性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性三方面入手,給出一套評(píng)估方法。選擇合適的設(shè)備狀態(tài)模型,指出現(xiàn)有研究推薦的三種方法——最小割集法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)法、蒙特卡洛法——應(yīng)用于電力工程設(shè)計(jì)存在的問題,根據(jù)評(píng)估方法定位,改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)解析法的二階故障分析方法,給出一種可靠性評(píng)估方法。分析方案擴(kuò)建性含義,提煉出擴(kuò)建性評(píng)估包括擴(kuò)建施工時(shí)間點(diǎn)評(píng)估和擴(kuò)建施工停電損失電能評(píng)估,從這兩個(gè)方面入手,給出一種擴(kuò)建性評(píng)估方法。指出常規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)估方法和最小費(fèi)用法存在的問題,改進(jìn)最小費(fèi)用法總投資計(jì)算,引入擴(kuò)建施工停電損失費(fèi)用計(jì)算,給出一種經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)估方法。最后,通過算例展示整套方法的具體評(píng)估過程。
[Abstract]:According to the national economic development and the international strategic needs, the electric power design enterprises of our country have participated in many domestic and foreign electric power engineering projects. In the power engineering design, the main electrical wiring scheme directly determines the overall technical economy of the project. Therefore, it is very important for designers to evaluate the main electrical wiring scheme. Based on the existing research, this paper studies the evaluation of the main electrical wiring scheme of 110kV substation project, and presents a set of evaluation methods of the main electrical wiring scheme suitable for all kinds of electric power engineering design. First, according to the standard specification, the evaluation method applies the environment and the evaluation calculation style to the evaluation method localization: based on the electrical main wiring design stage available data, divided into three aspects of reliability, expansibility, economic evaluation of simple engineering calculation. Then, a set of evaluation method is given from three aspects of reliability, expansibility and economy. Selecting the appropriate equipment state model, pointing out the problems existing in the application of the three methods recommended by the existing research, the minimum cut set method, the network method and the Monte Carlo method, in the power engineering design, and locating them according to the evaluation method. The second order fault analysis method of traditional analytical method is improved, and a reliability evaluation method is presented. By analyzing the extensibility meaning of the scheme, the paper abstracts the extensibility evaluation including the extension construction time point evaluation and the extension construction blackout power loss evaluation. From these two aspects, a method of extension evaluation is presented. This paper points out the problems existing in the conventional economic evaluation method and the minimum cost method, improves the total investment calculation of the minimum cost method, introduces the calculation of the outage loss cost of the extension construction, and gives a economic evaluation method. Finally, the concrete evaluation process of the whole method is demonstrated by an example.
