混合式限流器換流回路的參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對10 kV配電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的一種傳統(tǒng)混合式故障限流器進行了仿真研究,該限流器由主回路的快速開關(guān)及換流回路組成,換流回路由預充電電容及電感和晶閘管組成。研究結(jié)果表明在限流的過程中,快速開關(guān)兩端的恢復電壓上升速率及峰值大小與換流回路各器件的參數(shù)有很大的關(guān)系。若參數(shù)匹配不當,則存在開關(guān)被重擊穿的可能性。文中介紹了在開關(guān)兩端并聯(lián)晶閘管的改進型方案,當開關(guān)中的短路電流過零后,該晶閘管會起到續(xù)流作用,以保證開關(guān)存在利于介質(zhì)恢復的低電壓時間。通過理論分析發(fā)現(xiàn),該低電壓時間值的長短受換流回路的電容電感參數(shù)影響較大,具體研究了低電壓時間與這些參數(shù)的變化關(guān)系,并通過低壓模擬實驗驗證了關(guān)系的正確性。在實際的快速開關(guān)設(shè)計中,可通過調(diào)節(jié)這些參數(shù)來得到合適的低電壓時間值,從而減小對開關(guān)機構(gòu)速度及斷口介質(zhì)擊穿強度特性的要求。
[Abstract]:A traditional hybrid fault current limiter for 10 kV distribution network is simulated. The current limiter is composed of fast switch and converter circuit of main circuit, which is composed of precharged capacitance, inductance and thyristor. The results show that the rising rate and peak value of the recovery voltage at the two ends of the fast switch are closely related to the parameters of each device in the converter circuit during the current limiting process. If the parameters are not matched properly, there is the possibility that the switch will be knocked through. An improved scheme of parallel thyristor at both ends of the switch is introduced in this paper. When the short circuit current in the switch crosses zero, the thyristor will play the role of a continuous current, so as to ensure that the switch has a low voltage time conducive to dielectric recovery. Through theoretical analysis, it is found that the length of the low voltage time is greatly affected by the capacitance inductance parameters of the converter circuit. The relationship between the low voltage time and these parameters is studied in detail, and the correctness of the relationship is verified by the low voltage simulation experiment. In the practical design of fast switch, the suitable low voltage time value can be obtained by adjusting these parameters, so as to reduce the requirements of the speed of the switch mechanism and the breakdown strength of the fracture dielectric.
