太陽能光熱發(fā)電系統(tǒng)蓄熱混凝土的制備與性能

【摘要】:蓄熱混凝土是太陽能熱電站蓄熱單元常用材料,研究了摻入磨細礦渣粉、聚丙烯腈有機纖維以及石墨集料等對蓄熱混凝土物理力學性能、耐熱性能和導熱系數(shù)等的影響;結果表明磨細礦渣粉和石墨集料的摻入可有效提高混凝土的耐熱性能,通過掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等測試手段從微觀角度分析了其內(nèi)在機理;同時,石墨集料還顯著提高了混凝土導熱系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Regenerative concrete is a common material in solar thermal power plant. The effects of grinding slag powder, polyacrylonitrile organic fiber and graphite aggregate on the physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance and thermal conductivity of regenerative concrete are studied. The results show that the addition of grinding slag powder and graphite aggregate can effectively improve the heat resistance of concrete. The internal mechanism of the concrete is analyzed from the microscopic point of view by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and (SEM). At the same time, graphite aggregate also significantly improved the thermal conductivity of concrete.
