電力公司調度二次系統(tǒng)信息監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電網調度二次系統(tǒng)以計算機和通信技術為基礎,為電網一次系統(tǒng)的運行和管理提供保障和技術支持,實施有效的監(jiān)視和控制,對提高電網運行的穩(wěn)定性和安全性起著重要的作用。隨著電網的發(fā)展,調度二次系統(tǒng)的服務支持和技術保障作用日益突出,運維工作也隨著調度二次系統(tǒng)的數(shù)量與種類增多,使得傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)視手段的局限性更大突出。在實際工作中,不同二次系統(tǒng)的信息不能集中監(jiān)視和查詢,運行工況信息和系統(tǒng)報警信息分散在不同的監(jiān)視終端上,不便于及時發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)異常;另外對二次系統(tǒng)的運行工況信息和服務工況信息的監(jiān)測,仍依賴其本身的報警功能,當系統(tǒng)故障時外部無法及時發(fā)現(xiàn)。電網二次系統(tǒng)是電網安全、穩(wěn)定、優(yōu)質、經濟運行的重要保證和技術手段。但各系統(tǒng)根據(jù)業(yè)務特點都獨立運行,運維人員分散于不同的職能部門,也造成了市縣調度二次系統(tǒng)運維不集中,運維程度差異較大。此外,由于分布式能源的接入以及用電側交互需求的持續(xù)增長,導致電網運行復雜度不斷增加,從而使得調度操作人員面臨越來越大的決策壓力。因此將二次系統(tǒng)的安全風險問題納入當前運行風險決策當中,對其進行綜合的定量評估,顯得極為重要。本論文根據(jù)電力行業(yè)安全生產監(jiān)控的技術需要,提出了對原有二次系統(tǒng)進行實時監(jiān)控的自動化系統(tǒng),可在電網、變電站及各生產單位實現(xiàn)實時數(shù)據(jù)采集、預警分析、圖表顯示、曲線圖和柱圖生成、中文報表生成、事故綜合處理等功能。系統(tǒng)平臺采用基于Flex/Extjs+Struts2+spring+Ibatis的開發(fā)框架,運用java語言進行開發(fā)。經過詳細的需求分析、設計與實現(xiàn),目標系統(tǒng)的研究內容包括系統(tǒng)管理、業(yè)務管理、機房管理、統(tǒng)計分析、異常告警、實時監(jiān)測和采集管理。目標系統(tǒng)的應用,對二次設備和系統(tǒng)運行參數(shù)的信息進行監(jiān)視采集,并根據(jù)預先定義的告警規(guī)則對異常采集數(shù)據(jù)進行實時告警通知,便于及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理異常情況,為電網安全、穩(wěn)定運行提供保障數(shù)據(jù)。使整個電網的生產現(xiàn)場達到無人值守、調度班組少人值班的高自動化水平。提高了自動化水平和運行的安全可靠性。
[Abstract]:Based on computer and communication technology, the secondary power dispatching system provides guarantee and technical support for the operation and management of power grid primary system, and implements effective monitoring and control. It plays an important role in improving the stability and safety of power grid operation. With the development of the power grid, the service support and technical support of the dispatching secondary system are becoming more and more prominent, and the operation and maintenance work is increasing with the number and variety of the dispatching secondary system, which makes the limitation of the traditional monitoring method more prominent. In practice, the information of different secondary systems can not be centralized monitored and queried, and the information of operating conditions and system alarm are scattered on different monitoring terminals, so it is not convenient to find system anomalies in time. In addition, the monitoring of the operation condition information and the service condition information of the secondary system still depends on its own alarm function, and it can not be found out in time when the system fails. Power grid secondary system is an important guarantee and technical means of power grid security, stability, quality and economic operation. However, each system runs independently according to the characteristics of the business, and the operation and maintenance personnel are scattered in different functional departments, which also leads to the lack of centralized operation and maintenance of the secondary system of city and county dispatching, and the great difference in the degree of operation and maintenance. In addition, due to the access of distributed energy and the continuous growth of power side interaction demand, the complexity of power grid operation is increasing, which makes the dispatching operators face more and more decision pressure. Therefore, it is very important to integrate the security risk of the secondary system into the current operational risk decision-making and to make a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of it. According to the technical needs of power industry safety production monitoring, this paper puts forward an automatic system for real-time monitoring of the original secondary system, which can realize real-time data acquisition, early warning analysis and chart display in power grid, substation and production units. Graph and column diagram generation, Chinese report generation, comprehensive handling of accidents and other functions. The system platform adopts the development framework based on Flex/Extjs Struts2 spring Ibatis and uses java language to develop. After detailed requirement analysis, design and implementation, the research contents of the target system include system management, business management, computer room management, statistical analysis, abnormal alarm, real-time monitoring and collection management. In the application of target system, the information of secondary equipment and system operation parameters is monitored and collected, and according to the pre-defined alarm rules, the abnormal data is notified in real time, so that the abnormal situation can be detected and dealt with in time. For the grid security, stable operation to provide protection data. Make the whole power network production site to achieve the high level of automation of unattended, less dispatch crew on duty. The level of automation and the safety and reliability of operation are improved.
