【摘要】：目前,國(guó)內(nèi)核電站風(fēng)管放射性氣體活度監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)基本上都采用國(guó)外成熟產(chǎn)品,有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行自主開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求、主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)入手,主要開展硬件(包括信號(hào)輸入輸出接口、PLC模塊以及HMI等)設(shè)計(jì)和軟件(軟件平臺(tái)、狀態(tài)參數(shù)監(jiān)控單元流程等)設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)開展性能測(cè)試和相關(guān)問題討論。結(jié)果表明:本次自主開發(fā)的核電站風(fēng)管監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)與國(guó)外成熟產(chǎn)品水平相當(dāng),系統(tǒng)具有高可靠性,高穩(wěn)定性和較強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)接口能力,可適用于各類核電廠的需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic nuclear power plant air duct radioactive gas activity monitoring system basically uses the foreign mature product, it is necessary to carry on the independent development to it. The system design starts with the system design requirements and main technical specifications, and mainly develops the design of hardware (including signal input and output interface, PLC module and HMI etc.) and software (software platform, state parameter monitoring unit flow, etc.). At the same time, the performance test and related issues are discussed. The results show that the self-developed air duct monitoring system for nuclear power plants is of the same level as foreign mature products, and the system has high reliability, high stability and strong system interface capability, which can be applied to the demand of various nuclear power plants.
