基于最小均方時延估計法的強迫功率振蕩擾動源定位方法

【摘要】:當電網(wǎng)發(fā)生強迫功率振蕩時,快速找到擾動源并將其切除,對保障電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運行具有重要意義。電網(wǎng)中強迫功率振蕩引起的機電擾動會沿著輸電線路在電網(wǎng)中傳播,根據(jù)傳播到不同位置的擾動波形具有時間延遲的特點,提出了一種利用最小均方時延估計法定位擾動源的方法。利用二次差分法檢測強迫功率振蕩起振后,通過計算關(guān)鍵母線頻率出現(xiàn)擾動波形的時差和先后次序,分析擾動傳播的順序,從而確定擾動源的位置。該方法只需要廣域測量信息,可以實現(xiàn)在線應(yīng)用。四機兩區(qū)域系統(tǒng)算例和華中電網(wǎng)算例均驗證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:When the forced power oscillation occurs, it is very important to find the disturbance source quickly and remove it, which is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power network. The electromechanical disturbance caused by forced power oscillation propagates along the transmission line in the power network. According to the disturbance waveform propagating to different positions, it has the characteristic of time delay. In this paper, a method of locating the disturbance source by using the least mean square time delay estimation method is proposed. After the forced power oscillation is detected by the quadratic difference method, by calculating the time difference and sequence of the disturbance waveform in the key bus frequency, the sequence of the disturbance propagation is analyzed, and the position of the disturbance source is determined. This method only needs wide area measurement information and can be applied online. The effectiveness of the method is verified by four-machine and two-area system examples and the central China power network examples.
