太陽電池伏安特性的演變及其控制準(zhǔn)則

【摘要】:從數(shù)學(xué)層面分析 I_(ph)、I_0、n、R_s、R_(sh)5參數(shù)模型太陽電池電流方程的切線方程和二階導(dǎo)數(shù)。同時給出I-V特性曲線趨直時的直線方程形式,以及滿足基爾霍夫定律的直線式太陽電池電流方程。從數(shù)學(xué)層面證明增大光生電流I_(ph)或串聯(lián)內(nèi)阻R_s時,準(zhǔn)則數(shù)α(I),V的取值范圍減小,并指出只有串聯(lián)內(nèi)阻存在時,才出現(xiàn)I-V特性曲線由曲趨直現(xiàn)象。通過實驗,采用外加串聯(lián)內(nèi)阻的方式驗證增大串聯(lián)內(nèi)阻I-V特性曲線由曲趨直現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The tangent equation and second order derivative of the solar cell current equation of I _ (ph), I _ T _ S _ (sh) _ 5 parameter model are analyzed from the mathematical level. At the same time, the straight line equation of I-V characteristic curve and the current equation of linear solar cell satisfying Kirchhoff's law are given. From the mathematical level, it is proved that when the photogenerated current I _ (ph) or series internal resistance is increased, the range of the criterion number 偽 (I), V decreases, and it is pointed out that only when the series internal resistance exists, the I-V characteristic curve becomes straight from curve to curve. Through experiments, the I-V characteristic curve of increasing the series internal resistance is verified by the external series internal resistance from curving to straightening phenomenon.
