【摘要】：分布式電源(DER)與配電網(wǎng)之間以及DER之間的通信不暢,會(huì)導(dǎo)致DER并網(wǎng)后對電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量、繼電保護(hù)、孤島問題產(chǎn)生不利影響,進(jìn)一步影響整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性。文中綜合考慮技術(shù)性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、適應(yīng)性、擴(kuò)展性和對DER的支撐性,設(shè)計(jì)了一種DER并網(wǎng)監(jiān)控的解決方案,并提出了含DER的配電網(wǎng)通信方式適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)DER并網(wǎng)監(jiān)控通信需求,提出一種模糊一致的層次分析評(píng)價(jià)方法,并選擇多種通信方式進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)。該評(píng)價(jià)方法結(jié)合了主客觀需求,為含DER并網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)通信平臺(tái)建設(shè)提供了可行性依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The communication between (DER) and distribution network and between DER and distributed generation is not smooth, which will lead to the negative influence on the power quality, relay protection and isolated island of the power network after the DER is connected to the grid, and further affect the economy and security of the whole power network. Considering technology, economy, adaptability, expansibility and support to DER, a solution of DER grid-connected monitoring is designed, and an index system for evaluating the adaptability of distribution network communication mode with DER is put forward. According to the communication requirement of DER, a fuzzy and consistent AHP evaluation method is proposed, and a variety of communication methods are selected for adaptability evaluation. The evaluation method combines the subjective and objective requirements and provides a feasible basis for the construction of distribution network communication platform with DER.
