復合絕緣子表面液滴形貌特征及其對閃絡電壓的影響

【摘要】:為研究災害性濃霧天氣對絕緣子運行安全可靠性的影響,以硅橡膠絕緣子作為樣品,采用可視化試驗系統(tǒng)和人工大氣模擬試驗裝置,研究了不同污濕條件下絕緣子表面液滴的吸附與凝結(jié)特征及其對絕緣子閃絡電壓的影響。分別研究了鹽霧污穢度、相對濕度對表面液滴吸附、凝結(jié)與分布特征(分布面積、尺寸分布及其盒子維數(shù))的影響,并在此基礎上得到了這些特征參數(shù)對閃絡電壓的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,當相對濕度與污穢度增大時,絕緣子表面凝結(jié)的液滴數(shù)量增加,中間尺寸(1 mm≤液滴最大直徑Dmax2 mm)與較大尺寸(Dmax≥2 mm)的液滴數(shù)量顯著增加,而較小尺寸(Dmax1 mm)的液滴數(shù)量呈下降趨勢。液滴分布盒子維數(shù)的增大說明液滴分布的分散性和復雜性增強。絕緣子表面附水質(zhì)量的變化不能有效反映閃絡電壓的變化,但隨著液滴分布盒子維數(shù)的增大,絕緣子閃絡電壓降低。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of severe fog weather on the safety and reliability of insulator operation, the silicone rubber insulator was used as a sample, a visual test system and an artificial atmospheric simulation test device were used. The adsorption and condensation characteristics of liquid droplets on insulator surface and their effects on the flashover voltage of insulator were studied. The effects of contamination degree and relative humidity of salt spray on surface droplet adsorption, condensation and distribution (distribution area, size distribution and box dimension) were studied, and the influence of these parameters on flashover voltage was obtained. The results show that the number of droplets condensed on the insulator surface increases with the increase of relative humidity and contamination degree, and the number of droplets with intermediate size (1 mm 鈮,
