35kV變電站智能遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的通信管理機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展不僅對(duì)電力能源的需求與日俱增,也對(duì)國家電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行水平提出了更高的的要求,智能電網(wǎng)的研究成為新的發(fā)展趨勢。變電站作為電力系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),迫切需要提高其智能化。對(duì)大量未納入電力HMI/SCADA系統(tǒng)的35kV及以下等級(jí)的變電站、開閉所的智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究具有重要意義。其中電力通信管理機(jī)作為變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)與監(jiān)測設(shè)備之間的樞紐設(shè)備,已經(jīng)成為變電站安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的必要技術(shù)手段。目前,正在使用的通信管理機(jī)多種多樣,但真正適合35kV變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的并不多。因此有必要開發(fā)研制一種基于全新硬件平臺(tái)的新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)型通信管理單元。論文首先介紹了變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的概念,回顧了變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外發(fā)展歷史。論文詳細(xì)分析了變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的基本功能和系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)35kV變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采用的分層分布式結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的理論研究。在分析了通信管理機(jī)功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,采用"ARM11+Linux"為核心的通信管理機(jī)軟硬件平臺(tái),完成了嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)的移植和通信管理相關(guān)應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)。采用友善之臂的Mini6410作為目標(biāo)機(jī),將安裝有RedHat Enterprise Linux 5的PC機(jī)作為宿主機(jī),建立嵌入式軟件的交叉開發(fā)平臺(tái)。按照系統(tǒng)要求對(duì)現(xiàn)有的Linux內(nèi)核進(jìn)行裁剪,給出了移植BootLoader、移植Linux內(nèi)核和制作yaffs2文件系統(tǒng)的方法及詳細(xì)過程,并且完成了Qt的移植,使得后續(xù)開發(fā)的Qt應(yīng)用程序能在通信管理機(jī)上運(yùn)行。軟件采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),主要包括串口驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置模塊、數(shù)據(jù)通信模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)顯示模塊。論文設(shè)計(jì)的基于GPRS的通信管理機(jī),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)RS485通信、GPRS無線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸以及圖形化界面顯示。經(jīng)測試,論文所設(shè)計(jì)的通信管理機(jī)能很好地與監(jiān)控主機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。該設(shè)計(jì)能滿足變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)快速數(shù)據(jù)處理和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的要求,為變電站快速接入調(diào)度系統(tǒng)提供了新的解決方案,亦可作為變電站遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)通道的最佳補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, not only the demand for power energy is increasing day by day, but also a higher requirement for the safe operation level of the State Grid. The research of smart grid has become a new development trend. As the key node of power system, substation urgently needs to improve its intelligence. It is of great significance to study the intelligent monitoring system of the switch station for a large number of substations which are not included in the power HMI/SCADA system and the substations below the level. As the hub equipment between the communication network and the monitoring equipment in the substation monitoring system, the electric power communication management machine has become the necessary technical means for the safe and economical operation of the substation. At present, there are a variety of communication management machines in use, but few are really suitable for 35kV substation monitoring system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new network communication management unit based on new hardware platform. Firstly, the concept of substation monitoring system is introduced, and the development history of substation monitoring system at home and abroad is reviewed. In this paper, the basic functions and system structure of substation monitoring system are analyzed in detail, and the hierarchical and distributed structure used in 35kV substation monitoring system is studied theoretically. Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the communication manager, the transplantation of the embedded Linux operating system and the development of the communication management related application program are accomplished by using the software and hardware platform of the communication management machine "ARM11 Linux" as the core. The Mini6410 with friendly arm is used as the target computer, and the PC computer with RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 is used as the host computer, and the cross-development platform of embedded software is established. According to the requirements of the system, the existing Linux kernel is clipped, and the method and the detailed process of transplanting the Linux kernel of BootLoader, and making the yaffs2 file system are given, and the porting of Qt is completed. Enables the subsequent development of Qt applications to run on the communication manager. The software adopts modularization design, including serial port driver module, system setting module, data communication module and data display module. The communication management machine based on GPRS designed in this paper can realize RS485 communication, GPRS wireless data transmission and graphical interface display. After testing, the communication management function designed in this paper is very good for real-time data transmission with the monitor host. The design can meet the requirements of fast data processing and network communication in substation monitoring system, and provide a new solution for substation fast access dispatching system. It can also be used as the best supplement of substation telecontrol channel.
