酒泉地區(qū)大規(guī)模風(fēng)電無功電壓控制策略研究

【摘要】:酒泉風(fēng)電基地已成為我國規(guī)劃建設(shè)的第一座千萬千瓦級(jí)風(fēng)電示范基地,大規(guī)模風(fēng)電接入電網(wǎng)后,其隨機(jī)性和波動(dòng)性對大規(guī)模風(fēng)電基地的無功電壓控制提出了新的要求。本論文以酒泉風(fēng)電基地為背景,對大規(guī)模風(fēng)電并入電網(wǎng)的無功電壓協(xié)調(diào)控制策略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。首先,研究了不同風(fēng)電機(jī)組的無功調(diào)節(jié)特性和不同無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備的調(diào)節(jié)特性,并以此為基礎(chǔ)分析研究了酒泉電網(wǎng)的電壓運(yùn)行特性,基于分層分區(qū)的原則,將酒泉電網(wǎng)分為風(fēng)電場層,集群層和電網(wǎng)層進(jìn)行特性研究。其次,本文基于酒泉電網(wǎng)的電壓運(yùn)行特性,提出適應(yīng)酒泉地區(qū)大規(guī)模風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)的三級(jí)電壓控制模式,基于這種三級(jí)模式提出了適應(yīng)酒泉地區(qū)大規(guī)模風(fēng)電的無功電壓控制策略,力求達(dá)到對酒泉地區(qū)電網(wǎng)無功電壓控制的快速、準(zhǔn)確、高效的目標(biāo)。其中包括基于無功優(yōu)化算法的三級(jí)優(yōu)化控制策略;基于靈敏度算法的二級(jí)電壓區(qū)域控制策略;基于本地控制的一級(jí)電壓控制策略。最后本文采用酒泉風(fēng)電基地電網(wǎng)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),對上述提出的酒泉地區(qū)大規(guī)模風(fēng)電無功電壓控制策略進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證所提控制策略的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Jiuquan wind power base has become the first demonstration base of wind power of ten million kilowatts in our country. After large-scale wind power is connected to the power grid, its randomness and fluctuation put forward new requirements for reactive power and voltage control of large-scale wind power base. In this paper, based on Jiuquan wind power base, the reactive power and voltage coordinated control strategy of large-scale wind power system is studied in detail. First of all, the reactive power regulation characteristics of different wind turbines and the regulation characteristics of different reactive power compensation equipment are studied. Based on this, the voltage operation characteristics of Jiuquan power network are analyzed and studied, which is based on the principle of stratification and partitioning. Jiuquan power grid is divided into wind farm layer, cluster layer and grid layer. Secondly, based on the voltage operation characteristics of Jiuquan power grid, a three-stage voltage control model is proposed for large-scale wind power grid connection in Jiuquan area, and a reactive voltage control strategy for large-scale wind power generation in Jiuquan area is proposed based on the three-level voltage control mode. Strive to achieve the Jiuquan power grid reactive voltage control fast, accurate, efficient goals. It includes three-level optimal control strategy based on reactive power optimization algorithm, two-stage voltage region control strategy based on sensitivity algorithm and primary voltage control strategy based on local control. Finally, by using the actual data of Jiuquan wind power base, the paper simulates the control strategy of large scale wind power in Jiuquan area, and verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
