【摘要】：在基于IEC 61850的數(shù)字變電站的運(yùn)行與維護(hù)中,采樣值報(bào)文蘊(yùn)含著變電站的一次設(shè)備測(cè)量所獲得電壓,電流等重要信息,其為工作人員了解設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況,并作出相應(yīng)判斷及發(fā)出控制命令提供了重要的依據(jù),是整個(gè)變電站正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的重要特征指標(biāo)。本文在對(duì)IEC 61850-9-2報(bào)文的數(shù)據(jù)幀結(jié)構(gòu)、編碼的方式以及傳輸協(xié)議堆棧作詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了對(duì)采樣值報(bào)文解碼的可行思路并在Lab Win-dows/CVI的開發(fā)環(huán)境中完成了解碼程序的編寫,最后利用未解碼的采樣值報(bào)文對(duì)編寫的解碼程序進(jìn)行了仿真與驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In the operation and maintenance of digital substation based on IEC 61850, the sampling value message contains important information such as voltage and current obtained by primary equipment measurement of substation. It is an important characteristic index for the normal operation of the whole substation to make the corresponding judgment and issue the control command. Based on the detailed analysis of the data frame structure of IEC 61850-9-2 message, the encoding method and the transport protocol stack, this paper analyzes the data frame structure of IEC 61850-9-2 message in detail. A feasible way to decode sampled-value packets is put forward, and the decoding program is written in the Lab Win-dows/CVI development environment. Finally, the decoding program is simulated and verified by using undecoded sampled-value packets.
