基于有限元分析的斷路器設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)

【摘要】:通過分析40.5 k V斷路器中電流互感器單元絕緣的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),利用有限元分析方法計(jì)算了電流互感器單元的電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度分布,提出了電流互感器單元局部絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷和互感器空間限制、參數(shù)規(guī)格受限問題的解決方案,同時(shí)指出合理的絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不僅能有效地改善電場(chǎng)分布,提高設(shè)備性能,還可以節(jié)約成本,創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the design characteristics of insulation of current transformer unit in 40.5 kV circuit breaker, the electric field intensity distribution of current transformer unit is calculated by using finite element analysis method. The solutions of local insulation structure defects of current transformer unit and limitation of space and parameter specification of current transformer unit are put forward. It is pointed out that reasonable insulation structure design can not only effectively improve electric field distribution, but also improve the performance of equipment. Also can save cost, create economic benefit.
