電力變壓器油相色譜在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:基于油中溶解氣體的色譜分析是監(jiān)測變壓器內(nèi)部故障的重要方法。隨著目前國家電網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,此項技術(shù)也在不斷改進,色譜分析的在線監(jiān)測方法的研究也越來越受到關(guān)注。變壓器在線監(jiān)測已經(jīng)越來越為人們所重視,在線監(jiān)測的準(zhǔn)確率將逐漸提高,并將完全取代定期巡檢。這不僅能在經(jīng)濟上減少變壓器定期檢修及事故維修的費用,而且能夠保證電網(wǎng)安全運行的可靠性。實行變壓器在線監(jiān)測是變壓器檢測的必然趨勢,也將進一步推動變電站自動化程度的提高。本文在總結(jié)近年國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,研究分析絕緣油中氣體產(chǎn)生機理、氣體種類與變壓器故障類型的關(guān)系,分析目前廣泛應(yīng)用的常規(guī)監(jiān)測方法的不足及其產(chǎn)生原因;研究變壓器油中氣體色譜分析在線監(jiān)測原理,研究可行性及穩(wěn)定性和精確度;探索并提出一種基于分布式傳感器技術(shù),適應(yīng)于北京電網(wǎng)智能站現(xiàn)狀的油色譜在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),將氣相色譜監(jiān)測與變壓器故障監(jiān)測及控制方式進行了有效結(jié)合,并在變電站中進行實際應(yīng)用;對應(yīng)用效果進行評價,并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果對油浸變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測裝置的功能進行完善。本文最后結(jié)合SFSZ型變壓器闡述了設(shè)計的變壓器油氣在線色譜監(jiān)測的分布式傳感器控制系統(tǒng),并結(jié)合北京某地區(qū)變壓器說明其性能,通過數(shù)據(jù)表明所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Chromatographic analysis based on dissolved gas in oil is an important method to monitor transformer internal faults. With the rapid development of the State Grid, this technology has been continuously improved, and the on-line monitoring method of chromatographic analysis has been paid more and more attention. Transformer on-line monitoring has been paid more and more attention, the accuracy of on-line monitoring will be improved gradually, and will completely replace regular inspection. This can not only reduce the cost of regular maintenance and accident maintenance of transformers, but also ensure the reliability of the safe operation of power network. On-line transformer monitoring is an inevitable trend of transformer detection and will further promote substation automation. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of domestic research in recent years, this paper studies and analyzes the mechanism of gas generation in insulating oil, the relationship between gas types and transformer fault types, and analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the conventional monitoring methods that are widely used at present. The principle, feasibility, stability and accuracy of on-line monitoring of gas chromatographic analysis in transformer oil are studied. An oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system, which is based on distributed sensor technology and adapted to the current situation of smart station of Beijing Power Grid, is proposed. The gas chromatographic monitoring is effectively combined with transformer fault monitoring and control mode. And carry on the actual application in the substation; The application effect is evaluated and the function of oil chromatographic on-line monitoring device for oil-immersed transformer is improved according to the evaluation results. In the end, the distributed sensor control system for oil and gas on-line chromatographic monitoring of transformers based on SFSZ type transformer is described. The performance of the proposed method is illustrated with the transformer in a certain area of Beijing, and the validity of the proposed method is demonstrated by data.
