玻璃窯余熱發(fā)電系統(tǒng)參數(shù)優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:The utilization of residual heat and pressure is one of the ten key energy saving projects in the eleventh five-year plan. The waste heat generation from glass kiln is a technology that converts the waste heat of medium and low temperature flue gas from glass furnace into electric energy through waste heat boiler and turbogenerator system. The technology has good social and economic benefits. Based on the research of waste heat generation technology and the characteristics of waste heat in glass kiln, the mathematical model of thermal power system of waste heat generation in glass kiln is established, and a method for optimizing the parameters of thermal system of waste heat generation is proposed in this paper. According to this method, the parameters of "one furnace, one machine" thermodynamic system and "two furnace and one machine" thermodynamic system are optimized respectively. A computer software for parameter optimization is developed, and the parameters of the waste heat generation and utilization system are optimized by a project case. The residual heat generating point system selects the technically mature and reliable single pressure thermodynamic system to ensure the safe operation of the unit and to reduce the initial investment of the equipment as much as possible. The method of parameter optimization is based on the calculation of heat balance, which is commonly used in practical engineering, and takes the maximum power generation as the target parameter. The calculation results and software can be used as reference for the design of waste heat generation of glass kilns and operation management.
