玻璃窯余熱發(fā)電系統(tǒng)參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:“余熱余壓利用工程”是“十一五”規(guī)劃中的十項(xiàng)節(jié)能重點(diǎn)工程之一。玻璃窯余熱發(fā)電是指將玻璃熔窯排出的中低溫?zé)煔庥酂嵬ㄟ^余熱鍋爐和汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)換成電能的技術(shù),該技術(shù)具有良好的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文通過對(duì)余熱發(fā)電技術(shù)的研究,結(jié)合玻璃窯煙氣余熱的特性,建立了玻璃窯余熱發(fā)電熱力系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,提出了一種余熱發(fā)電熱力系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化方法。根據(jù)此方法分別進(jìn)行了“一爐、一機(jī)”熱力系統(tǒng)和“二爐、一機(jī)”熱力系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)優(yōu)化。編寫了一個(gè)用于參數(shù)優(yōu)化的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件,結(jié)合某工程案例,對(duì)該余熱發(fā)電利用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)優(yōu)化。該余熱發(fā)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)選取技術(shù)上成熟可靠的單壓熱力系統(tǒng),在保證機(jī)組安全運(yùn)行的同時(shí)盡量減少設(shè)備初投資。參數(shù)優(yōu)化方法采用實(shí)際工程中常用的熱平衡計(jì)算法,以最大發(fā)電量為優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)參數(shù)。該計(jì)算成果和軟件可供玻璃窯余熱發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行管理人員參考。
[Abstract]:The utilization of residual heat and pressure is one of the ten key energy saving projects in the eleventh five-year plan. The waste heat generation from glass kiln is a technology that converts the waste heat of medium and low temperature flue gas from glass furnace into electric energy through waste heat boiler and turbogenerator system. The technology has good social and economic benefits. Based on the research of waste heat generation technology and the characteristics of waste heat in glass kiln, the mathematical model of thermal power system of waste heat generation in glass kiln is established, and a method for optimizing the parameters of thermal system of waste heat generation is proposed in this paper. According to this method, the parameters of "one furnace, one machine" thermodynamic system and "two furnace and one machine" thermodynamic system are optimized respectively. A computer software for parameter optimization is developed, and the parameters of the waste heat generation and utilization system are optimized by a project case. The residual heat generating point system selects the technically mature and reliable single pressure thermodynamic system to ensure the safe operation of the unit and to reduce the initial investment of the equipment as much as possible. The method of parameter optimization is based on the calculation of heat balance, which is commonly used in practical engineering, and takes the maximum power generation as the target parameter. The calculation results and software can be used as reference for the design of waste heat generation of glass kilns and operation management.
