高密度供電區(qū)域典型負(fù)荷電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和配電負(fù)荷的持續(xù)增加,區(qū)域性高密度供電負(fù)荷群逐漸形成。用戶中大量非線性負(fù)荷運行時會向電網(wǎng)注入大量諧波,使系統(tǒng)電壓、電流波形畸變,引起三相不平衡及電壓波動和閃變問題,嚴(yán)重的可能導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)發(fā)生頻率波動,對電力系統(tǒng)的電能質(zhì)量造成污染。與此同時,眾多復(fù)雜的、高精密、對供電質(zhì)量敏感用電設(shè)備的普及,使人們對電能質(zhì)量的要求越來越高。因此,有必要深入了解并掌握高密度供電區(qū)域典型負(fù)荷的電能質(zhì)量狀況,以改善供電質(zhì)量、提高電網(wǎng)安全可靠性。本文將高密度供電區(qū)域中的常見負(fù)荷分類,分析了典型負(fù)荷的功率特性、沖擊特性和諧波特性,針對負(fù)荷的每種特性研究了相應(yīng)的建模方法;在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合蕭山電網(wǎng)高密度供電區(qū)域?qū)嶋H情況,選擇確定典型負(fù)荷電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測點,利用電能質(zhì)量分析儀采集各測點的實際運行電氣量,分析高密度供電的城市智能配電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量、電氣運行特性;最后,綜合評估了蕭山電網(wǎng)高密度供電區(qū)域典型負(fù)荷測點的電能質(zhì)量狀況,基于柔性配電設(shè)備補償特性,針對典型負(fù)荷測點的電能質(zhì)量問題提出相應(yīng)的柔性治理措施,為蕭山高密度供電區(qū)域典型負(fù)荷電能質(zhì)量問題的解決提供了決策依據(jù),有利于供電部門了解整個電網(wǎng)的情況、制定更好地運行計劃。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the continuous increase of distribution load, regional high density power supply load group is gradually formed. A large number of nonlinear loads among users will inject a large number of harmonics into the power network, thus distorting the voltage and current waveforms of the system, causing three-phase unbalance and voltage fluctuation and flicker problems, which may seriously lead to the frequency fluctuation of the system. Pollute the power quality of power system. At the same time, with the popularization of many complex, high precision and sensitive power supply equipments, the demand for power quality is getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply understand and master the power quality of typical loads in high-density power supply areas in order to improve the power supply quality and improve the security and reliability of the power grid. This paper classifies the common load in the high-density power supply area, analyzes the power characteristic, the impact characteristic and the harmonic characteristic of the typical load, and studies the corresponding modeling method for each characteristic of the load. On this basis, combined with the actual situation in the high-density power supply area of Xiaoshan Power Grid, the typical load power quality monitoring points are selected and the actual running electrical quantities of each measuring point are collected by using the power quality analyzer. The power quality and electrical operation characteristics of urban intelligent distribution network with high density power supply are analyzed. Finally, the power quality of typical load measuring points in high density power supply area of Xiaoshan power network is comprehensively evaluated. Based on the compensation characteristics of flexible distribution equipment, the corresponding flexible control measures are put forward for the power quality problems of typical load measuring points. It provides a decision basis for solving the power quality problem of typical load in Xiaoshan high-density power supply area. It is helpful for the power supply department to understand the situation of the whole power network and to make a better operation plan.
