基于有限差分和有限體積法相結(jié)合的油浸式變壓器三維溫度場計算

【摘要】:為準(zhǔn)確計算油浸變壓器的溫度場,在對比有限體積法(FVM)和有限差分法(FDM)各自優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種計算變壓器溫度場的混合計算方法。以駐馬店金橋變電站的一臺31.5 MVA主變?yōu)槔?建立了3維模型,利用有限體積和有限差分混合計算方法,并在繞組和鐵芯的熱傳導(dǎo)計算中采用了高精度的預(yù)條件共軛梯度解法(PCGM),計算了變壓器的3維溫度場。將利用混合方法的平均溫度計算結(jié)果分別與實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)、使用同樣模型的FDM及FVM算法計算出的數(shù)據(jù)、以及使用IEEE導(dǎo)則模型計算出的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對比。對比結(jié)果表明:混合算法的計算精度明顯高于利用IEEE導(dǎo)則模型、FDM算法和FVM算法的計算結(jié)果,證明了這種混合計算方法能更準(zhǔn)確地計算油浸式變壓器的內(nèi)部溫度場。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately calculate the temperature field of oil-immersed transformer, a hybrid calculation method for calculating temperature field of transformer is proposed on the basis of comparing the advantages of finite volume method (FVM) and finite difference method (FDM). Taking the 31.5 MVA master transformation of Jinqiao substation in Zhumadian as an example, a three-dimensional model is established, and the finite volume and finite difference hybrid calculation method is used. The high precision preconditioned conjugate gradient solution (PCGM),) is used to calculate the three dimensional temperature field of the transformer in the heat conduction calculation of the winding and the core. The calculated results of the average temperature using the hybrid method are compared with the actual monitoring data, the data calculated by the FDM and FVM algorithms of the same model, and the data calculated by the IEEE guideline model. The comparison results show that the accuracy of hybrid algorithm is obviously higher than that of using IEEE guide model, FDM algorithm and FVM algorithm. It is proved that the hybrid algorithm can calculate the internal temperature field of oil-immersed transformer more accurately.
