110kV數(shù)字化變電站繼電保護配置方案研究

【摘要】:當前數(shù)字化變電站領域呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的趨勢,IEC61850標準實現(xiàn)了智能變電站全數(shù)字化繼電保護的應用,數(shù)字化保護在硬件結構、配置方案和實現(xiàn)方式上與傳統(tǒng)電磁型、微機型繼電保護不同,因此研究數(shù)字化變電站下繼電保護的配置方式具有一定的理論意義和實際應用價值。 本文介紹了數(shù)字化變電站的概念,詳述了IEC61850標準的制定、應用歷程、內容、主要特點,分析了過程總線通信技術在數(shù)字化變電站的關鍵作用,對信息傳輸中所用的GOOSE模型進行介紹。對數(shù)字化變電站的繼電保護的幾個新的問題進行分析,具體包括電子式互感器的應用、采樣同步問題、網(wǎng)絡跳閘問題、保護的信息共享問題、運行維護及檢修問題。 提出了數(shù)字化變電站繼電保護的常規(guī)模式構成方案和站域集中模式構成方案,對于常規(guī)構成模式下的數(shù)據(jù)同步、互操作、直采直跳、電子式互感器的可靠性這幾個關鍵問題進行了探討,指出常規(guī)保護配置方案為現(xiàn)場的繼保人員所熟悉,但沒有充分考慮智能化一次設備帶來的變革,只是實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化變電站繼電保護的一種過渡方案。 對于站域集中模式構成方案,分析了其主后備保護原理,以110kV數(shù)字化變電站為例詳細分析了站內元件主保護、后備保護的實現(xiàn)方法,以及邊界元件的主保護、后備保護的實現(xiàn)方法。指出站域集中模式構成方案對繼電保護進行了一次全面的改革,使得一套裝置可以同時允許多套保護功能同時運行,便于全站信息集中共享和發(fā)生故障時對系統(tǒng)的分析,有利于得到一個綜合全面的判斷。對比了常規(guī)模式構成方案與站域集中模式的優(yōu)缺點。 以110kV虹星數(shù)字化變電站為例實際分析數(shù)字化變電站繼電保護配置的應用實例情況。
[Abstract]:At present, the field of digital substation is developing rapidly. The IEC61850 standard realizes the application of full digital relay protection in intelligent substation. The digital protection is compared with the traditional electromagnetic protection in hardware structure, configuration scheme and realization mode. The microcomputer relay protection is different, so it has certain theoretical significance and practical application value to study the configuration mode of the relay protection under the digital substation. This paper introduces the concept of digital substation, describes the formulation, application course, content and main features of IEC61850 standard, and analyzes the key role of process bus communication technology in digital substation. The GOOSE model used in information transmission is introduced. This paper analyzes several new problems of relay protection in digital substation, including the application of electronic transformer, sampling synchronization, network tripping, information sharing of protection, operation, maintenance and maintenance. In this paper, the conventional mode constitution scheme of digital substation relay protection and the construction scheme of station domain centralized mode are put forward.
