帶剩余電流自適應(yīng)功能的智能型塑殼斷路器控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:電的發(fā)明作為現(xiàn)代文明的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志,是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈。電能是一種便于傳輸、使用方便、最為清潔的能源,已經(jīng)占據(jù)了社會(huì)中的方方面面,家庭生活、工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、商業(yè)、軍事等等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,使之無法替代。隨著各行各業(yè)對(duì)電能需求的日益增加,電氣安全顯的越來越重要[1]。在日常生活中因電氣設(shè)備使用不當(dāng)或線路漏電造成的電氣事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,低壓配電系統(tǒng)線路的漏電、用電設(shè)備的漏電、過載及短路等都會(huì)導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)。每年因觸電死亡的有數(shù)8000人之多,漏電引起的火災(zāi)造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失高達(dá)數(shù)十億。所以在許多場(chǎng)合要安裝漏電智能斷路器,漏電智能保護(hù)設(shè)備對(duì)漏電、觸電及過載等用電故障進(jìn)行保護(hù),對(duì)防止漏電火災(zāi)和人身觸電具有重要作用。本論文結(jié)合公司的CM2L的基礎(chǔ)并分析國內(nèi)漏電保護(hù)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了‘帶剩余電流自適應(yīng)功能的智能型塑殼斷路器控制技術(shù)’的設(shè)計(jì)和研究。本設(shè)計(jì)的硬件包含了六大部分,電源電路部分、外部信號(hào)檢測(cè)電路部分(包括剩余電流的采樣、溫濕度的采樣、四相電流的采樣)、鍵盤整定電路部分、顯示電路部分、通信電路部分、MCU主控部分。在軟件的設(shè)計(jì)中,考慮到剩余電流的突變和緩變的概念,根據(jù)溫濕度的改變和剩余電流緩變的情況,改變漏電動(dòng)作閾值,同時(shí)滿足瞬動(dòng)、過載長延時(shí)和過載短延時(shí)的三段保護(hù)功能,能夠與上位機(jī)通信并通過液晶模塊顯示漏電、各相電流值。最后通過整體考慮合理分配MCU的整體資源,通過編寫程序,完成課題設(shè)計(jì)。本課題主要是對(duì)新一代的剩余電流智能型塑殼斷路器的控制技術(shù)做進(jìn)一步的探索和研究。
[Abstract]:As an important symbol of modern civilization, the invention of electricity is the lifeblood of modern economy. Electric energy is a kind of easy to transmit, easy to use, the cleanest energy, has occupied all aspects of society, family life, industry, agriculture, commerce, military and other fields, make it irreplaceable. With the increasing demand for electric energy in various industries, electrical safety is becoming more and more important. In daily life, electrical accidents caused by improper use of electrical equipment or leakage of line electricity, leakage of low voltage distribution system, leakage of electric equipment, overload and short circuit will all lead to fire. Every year, as many as 8000 people are killed by electric shock and billions of dollars are lost in fires caused by leakage of electricity. So it is necessary to install leakage intelligent circuit breaker on many occasions. Intelligent leakage protection equipment protects leakage electric shock and overload and so on which plays an important role in preventing leakage fire and personal electric shock. In this paper, based on the foundation of CM2L and the analysis of domestic leakage protection technology, the design and research of intelligent plastic case circuit breaker control technology with residual current adaptive function are carried out. The hardware of this design includes six parts: power supply circuit, external signal detection circuit (including sampling of residual current, sampling of temperature and humidity, sampling of four-phase current), keyboard setting circuit, display circuit, etc. Communication circuit part, MCU main control part. In the design of software, considering the concept of sudden change and slow change of residual current, according to the change of temperature and humidity and the condition of slow change of residual current, the threshold of leakage action is changed and the transient motion is satisfied. The three-stage protection function of long overload delay and short overload delay can communicate with the host computer and display the leakage current and the current value of each phase through the liquid crystal module. Finally, through the overall consideration of rational allocation of the overall MCU resources, through the preparation of a program to complete the project design. In this paper, the control technology of the new generation of residual current intelligent plastic case circuit breaker is studied.
