輸電線路遠程在線監(jiān)測關(guān)鍵技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:作為智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)以及電能輸送的紐帶的輸電線路,是電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,一旦發(fā)生運行故障,會導致區(qū)域電力系統(tǒng)的崩潰,造成嚴重的電網(wǎng)事故,只有對輸電線路本體和周圍環(huán)境的進行全面在線監(jiān)測,才能保證線路安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定運行,因此,,輸電線路在線監(jiān)測的開展建設(shè)對于避免電網(wǎng)事故、保障線路安全至關(guān)重要。 論文根據(jù)國內(nèi)輸電網(wǎng)在線監(jiān)測的典型工程應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗,全面探究了智能電網(wǎng)相關(guān)技術(shù)支持,對輸電線路遠程在線監(jiān)測關(guān)鍵技術(shù)展開應(yīng)用研究,以便能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)測輸電線路本體及周圍環(huán)境的工況。本文主要包括監(jiān)測裝置選型設(shè)計、前端監(jiān)測裝置及主站的供電電源設(shè)計、監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸通信設(shè)計等部分,并對重點隱患線路進行現(xiàn)場勘測和相關(guān)在線監(jiān)測裝置應(yīng)用設(shè)計,最后,詳細分析了系統(tǒng)試點建設(shè)后具體應(yīng)用效果,通過接入該系統(tǒng),積累了大量線路實際運行數(shù)據(jù),輸電線路安全管理水平和運行水平得到了顯著提高,實現(xiàn)高壓重點線路隱患“可控、能控、在控”,這為智能電網(wǎng)的開展及在線監(jiān)測的不斷深入提供重要的實踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the key link of smart grid construction and the link of power transmission, transmission line is an important part of power system. Once the operation failure occurs, it will lead to the collapse of regional power system, resulting in serious power network accidents. In order to ensure the safety, reliability and stability of transmission lines, the construction of on-line monitoring of transmission lines is very important to avoid power network accidents and ensure the safety of transmission lines. According to the typical engineering application experience of on-line monitoring of transmission network in China, this paper probes into the relevant technology support of smart grid, and studies the key technology of long-distance on-line monitoring of transmission line. In order to monitor the real-time transmission line body and surrounding conditions. This paper mainly includes the type selection design of monitoring device, the power supply design of front end monitoring device and main station, the transmission and communication design of monitoring data, and the field survey of key hidden trouble lines and the application design of related on-line monitoring device. Finally, the concrete application effect after the system pilot construction is analyzed in detail. Through accessing the system, a large number of actual operation data of transmission line are accumulated, and the safety management level and operation level of transmission line are improved significantly. The hidden trouble of high voltage key lines is controllable, controllable and in control, which provides an important practical basis for the development of smart grid and the continuous deepening of on-line monitoring.
