特高壓交流變壓器工程應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:作為特高壓電網(wǎng)中的核心設(shè)備之一,特高壓交流變壓器的工程應(yīng)用技術(shù)隨著特高壓電網(wǎng)建設(shè)步伐的加快受到了越來越多的關(guān)注。論文是在綜合分析目前國內(nèi)外技術(shù)資料和總結(jié)以往實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對特高壓交流變壓器的設(shè)計選型以及現(xiàn)場安裝、試驗、調(diào)試環(huán)節(jié)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了研究與分析。 通過對變壓器整體結(jié)構(gòu)型式、調(diào)壓方式、冷卻方式、變電容量、第三側(cè)電壓、阻抗電壓等內(nèi)容的分析與研究,選擇了采用單相、自耦、本體變與調(diào)壓補償變分體布置的變壓器作為應(yīng)用于工程實踐的特高壓交流變壓器,同時確定了采用中性點變磁通調(diào)壓方式和強迫油循環(huán)非導(dǎo)向冷卻方式以及變壓器容量、第三側(cè)電壓值、阻抗電壓值及內(nèi)絕緣水平。通過對全密封絕緣油凈化處理系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計以及對濾油設(shè)備、絕緣油凈化處理方法的研究與分析,提出了全密封絕緣油凈化處理系統(tǒng)的配置要求、完善了其使用功能,優(yōu)化了濾油方法,并對顆粒度指標(biāo)控制提出了針對性措施,解決了工程現(xiàn)場對絕緣油指標(biāo)控制嚴(yán)以及凈化工作量大的實際問題。通過對變壓器高壓出線裝置與高壓套管吊裝、抽真空與真空注油、熱油循環(huán)等安裝作業(yè)流程的分析,明確了高壓出線裝置與高壓套管的吊裝方法以及抽真空時間與真空度控制、注油速度與油溫控制、熱油循環(huán)時間控制等技術(shù)要求。通過對本體變、調(diào)壓補償變繞組連同套管的感應(yīng)耐壓帶局放測量試驗的加壓程序、試驗判據(jù)的分析與試驗設(shè)備參數(shù)選擇的計算,提出了工程現(xiàn)場試驗工作步驟以及主要的抗干擾措施。通過對調(diào)壓補償變壓器差動保護電流互感器的極性分析,明確了差動保護配置要求,并對指定檔位下的平衡系數(shù)與差動電流進行了計算,同時完成了電流互感器極性變化準(zhǔn)確性的現(xiàn)場校驗。通過對變壓器設(shè)計選型與現(xiàn)場安裝、試驗、調(diào)試各應(yīng)用環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究與分析,對后續(xù)更進一步提升工程現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用技術(shù)水平與變壓器長期安全運行都具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:As one of the core equipment in UHV power grid, the engineering application technology of UHV AC transformer has been paid more and more attention with the acceleration of UHV power grid construction. On the basis of synthetically analyzing the domestic and foreign technical data and summarizing the previous practical experience, this paper studies and analyzes the key technologies of the design, selection, field installation, test and debugging of UHV AC transformers. Through the analysis and research on the whole structure type of transformer, voltage regulation mode, cooling mode, transformer capacity, third side voltage, impedance voltage and so on, the single phase, auto coupling, etc. The transformer arranged by bulk transformer and voltage regulation compensation variable body is used as UHV AC transformer applied in engineering practice. At the same time, the neutral point variable flux regulation mode, forced oil cycle unguided cooling mode and transformer capacity are determined. Third side voltage, impedance voltage and internal insulation level. Through the research and analysis of the whole design of the purifying treatment system for the fully sealed insulating oil and the research and analysis of the oil filter equipment and the method of purifying and treating the insulating oil, the configuration requirements of the purifying treatment system for the fully sealed insulating oil are put forward, and the use function of the system is improved. The oil filter method is optimized, and the corresponding measures are put forward to control the particle size index, which solves the practical problems of strict control of insulation oil index and large amount of purification work in the engineering site. Through the analysis of the installation operation flow of transformer high-voltage outlet device and high-voltage casing, vacuum pumping and vacuum oil injection, hot oil circulation and so on, the hoisting method of high-voltage outlet device and high-voltage casing, as well as the vacuum time and vacuum degree control are defined. Oil injection speed and oil temperature control, hot oil cycle time control and other technical requirements. Through the pressurization program of the partial discharge measurement test of inductive pressure band, the analysis of test criterion and the calculation of parameter selection of test equipment, The working steps and main anti-interference measures are put forward. Through the polarity analysis of the differential protection current transformer of the voltage regulation compensation transformer, the configuration requirements of the differential protection are clarified, and the balance coefficient and differential current under the specified gear are calculated. At the same time, the accuracy of polarity change of current transformer is verified. Through the research and analysis of the key technologies of transformer design and selection, field installation, test and debugging, It is of great practical significance to further enhance the technical level of engineering field application and the long-term safe operation of transformers.
