【摘要】：提出一種基于交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)四開(kāi)關(guān)Buck-Boost(FSBB)拓?fù)涞奈⑿凸夥鼉?chǔ)能變換器,該變換器具有輸入電壓范圍寬、電壓紋波小、太陽(yáng)能電池最大功率利用率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),非常適用于單塊太陽(yáng)能電池最大功率獲取和能量存儲(chǔ)。在此說(shuō)明了該儲(chǔ)能變換器采用交錯(cuò)控制策略下的工作原理,分析了變換器的穩(wěn)態(tài)性能,推導(dǎo)出該變換器的輸入電壓紋波表達(dá)式,并繪制出其主要工作波形。建立了光伏儲(chǔ)能變換器的小信號(hào)模型,分析了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,并給出補(bǔ)償網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。最后通過(guò)原理樣機(jī)驗(yàn)證了新型拓?fù)鋺?yīng)用的有效性。
[Abstract]:A miniature photovoltaic energy storage converter based on interleaved four-switch Buck-Boost (FSBB) topology is proposed. The converter has the advantages of wide input voltage range, small voltage ripple and high maximum power efficiency of solar cells. Very suitable for single solar cell maximum power acquisition and energy storage. In this paper, the working principle of the energy storage converter under interleaved control strategy is explained, the steady state performance of the converter is analyzed, the expression of the input voltage ripple of the converter is deduced, and the main working waveform is drawn. The small signal model of photovoltaic energy storage converter is established, the stability of the system is analyzed, and the design method of compensation network is given. Finally, the validity of the new topology application is verified by the principle prototype.
