諧波分析法用于介損在線監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)問題分析
[Abstract]:A large number of research work on harmonic analysis used in dielectric loss measurement is based on digital signal test, but the accuracy of digital signal test results can be verified by the actual capacitive equipment (test sample). At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the application of the algorithm to the measured data, so it has very important practical significance and application reference value. The current and voltage data of practical capacitive samples are measured and analyzed. Wireless electromagnetic emission is used as white noise interference signal source and spark discharge is used as pulse interference signal source to measure and analyze the data under interference condition. The results show that when the harmonic analysis algorithm is applied to the dielectric loss measurement of practical capacitive equipment, because of the inherent difference between the sampling loops and the inability to guarantee the voltage, the current signal sampling is completely simultaneous. The error between the theoretical value and the calculated value will be large, so the correction link should be added to the algorithm. It is verified that strong interference has great influence on the accuracy of harmonic analysis applied to on-line monitoring of dielectric loss factor, and the conclusion of digital signal analysis based on "3 未" criterion and linear sliding smoothing algorithm has better denoising effect.
