船舶電力推進(jìn)中十五相感應(yīng)電機(jī)同軸運(yùn)行及容錯(cuò)控制策略

【摘要】:同軸雙十五相電機(jī)推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)具有高可靠性、能容錯(cuò)運(yùn)行、能驅(qū)動(dòng)較重負(fù)載等優(yōu)勢(shì),因此其在船舶電力推進(jìn)中的應(yīng)用具有重要意義。本文首先分析建立了十五相電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了十五相感應(yīng)電機(jī)和螺旋槳負(fù)載的仿真模型。通過(guò)廣義派克變換矩陣的建立,設(shè)計(jì)了十五相電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子磁場(chǎng)定向矢量控制策略,并結(jié)合同軸電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩隨動(dòng)控制,得到了轉(zhuǎn)矩隨動(dòng)矢量控制策略。分析了斷相故障下十五相電機(jī)氣隙磁場(chǎng)的變化,研究了切除對(duì)稱分布定子相繞組的容錯(cuò)控制策略。通過(guò)Matlab/Simulink中的仿真模型,說(shuō)明了同軸雙十五相電機(jī)推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)控制策略的有效性和容錯(cuò)控制策略的可行性。
[Abstract]:Coaxial double-fifteen phase motor propulsion system has the advantages of high reliability, fault-tolerant operation and heavy load driving, so its application in marine electric propulsion is of great significance. In this paper, the mathematical model of 15 phase motor is established, and the simulation model of 15 phase induction motor and propeller load is established. Based on the establishment of the generalized Parker transform matrix, the flux oriented vector control strategy of the 15 phase motor rotor is designed, and the torque following control strategy of the coaxial motor is obtained. The change of air-gap magnetic field of 15-phase motor under breaking phase fault is analyzed, and the fault-tolerant control strategy for removing symmetrical distributed stator phase winding is studied. Through the simulation model in Matlab/Simulink, the effectiveness of control strategy and the feasibility of fault-tolerant control strategy for coaxial double-15 phase motor propulsion system are demonstrated.
