基于行波的電力線路絕緣故障預(yù)警系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:電力線路故障大部分是由絕緣不良引起的,當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外缺乏成熟的線路絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)精確定位技術(shù),論文為了解決電力線路絕緣水平監(jiān)測(cè)的技術(shù)難題,試圖通過(guò)檢測(cè)線路局部放電產(chǎn)生的行波信號(hào)對(duì)線路健康狀況進(jìn)行監(jiān)視,利用雙端行波定位原理實(shí)現(xiàn)線路絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)精確定位,實(shí)現(xiàn)絕緣故障預(yù)警,防患于未然,切實(shí)提高供電可靠性。論文首先在研究線路絕緣故障發(fā)生機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了線路絕緣故障產(chǎn)生的行波信號(hào)特征。根據(jù)絕緣閃絡(luò)往往發(fā)生在電壓峰值附近、過(guò)渡電阻較大、行波信號(hào)微弱的特點(diǎn),提出了一種專門針對(duì)電力線路絕緣故障的行波檢測(cè)方法。然后通過(guò)該行波信號(hào)幅值、行波信號(hào)間歇性特點(diǎn),將模糊邏輯控制理論運(yùn)用到電力線路絕緣故障預(yù)警中,提出了電力線路絕緣故障模糊預(yù)警方法,以絕緣故障產(chǎn)生的行波的幅值以及行波出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間間隔這兩個(gè)特征量為模糊預(yù)警算法的輸入,以這兩個(gè)特征量與絕緣故障程度的關(guān)系建立模糊規(guī)則庫(kù),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)模糊預(yù)警。最后,論文實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力線路絕緣故障預(yù)警系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行高壓實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,測(cè)試了預(yù)警系統(tǒng)對(duì)不同電壓等級(jí)絕緣故障的靈敏性,驗(yàn)證了該預(yù)警系統(tǒng)能廣泛適用于各個(gè)電壓等級(jí)的電網(wǎng)的絕緣故障預(yù)警。論文研究的電力線路絕緣故障預(yù)警系統(tǒng),能監(jiān)測(cè)絕緣故障發(fā)展的過(guò)程,對(duì)于強(qiáng)化安全基礎(chǔ)管理,嚴(yán)格隱患治理,提高技防水平,降低事故發(fā)生的概率,提高電力系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行水平等具有非常重要理論與實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The fault of power line is mostly caused by poor insulation. At present, there is a lack of mature precise location technology of insulation weakness at home and abroad. In order to solve the technical problem of monitoring insulation level of power line, This paper attempts to monitor the line health by detecting the traveling-wave signal generated by partial discharge of the line, realizes the accurate location of the insulation weakness of the line by using the principle of dual-terminal traveling wave localization, realizes the insulation fault warning, and prevents the trouble in the early stage. Improve the reliability of power supply. Firstly, on the basis of studying the mechanism of line insulation fault, the characteristics of traveling wave signal generated by line insulation fault are analyzed. According to the characteristics that the insulation flashover often occurs near the peak voltage, the transition resistance is large and the traveling wave signal is weak, a traveling wave detection method is proposed to detect the insulation fault of power line. Then the fuzzy logic control theory is applied to the power line insulation fault warning through the amplitude of the line wave signal and the intermittent characteristic of the traveling wave signal, and the fuzzy early warning method of the power line insulation fault is put forward. The amplitude of traveling wave produced by insulation fault and the time interval of traveling wave are taken as the input of fuzzy early warning algorithm. The fuzzy rule base is established based on the relationship between these two characteristic quantities and the degree of insulation fault, so as to realize fuzzy early warning. Finally, the paper realizes the power line insulation fault warning system, and carries on the high voltage experiment test, tests the early warning system to the different voltage grade insulation fault sensitivity. It is verified that this early warning system can be widely used in the insulation fault warning of various voltage levels of power systems. The power line insulation fault warning system studied in this paper can monitor the process of insulation fault development. It can strengthen the basic management of safety, strictly deal with hidden dangers, improve the level of technical prevention and reduce the probability of accidents. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the safe and stable operation level of power system.
