考慮風(fēng)電不確定性的電力系統(tǒng)碳排放流分析

【摘要】:提出了一種考慮風(fēng)電注入功率不確定性對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)碳排放流影響的分析方法。首先,基于風(fēng)電注入功率不確定性的隨機(jī)直流潮流獲取系統(tǒng)潮流,通過電力系統(tǒng)碳排放流與系統(tǒng)潮流之間的計(jì)算關(guān)系,獲得決定風(fēng)電出力的風(fēng)速與系統(tǒng)總注入碳流率的關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù)。其次,采用有向通路算法獲取系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)—節(jié)點(diǎn)路徑輸出分布因子,在假定風(fēng)電波動(dòng)性由平衡機(jī)組承擔(dān)的前提下,結(jié)合常規(guī)機(jī)組與系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)和支路的關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣計(jì)算模型,求取風(fēng)電注入功率對(duì)其他節(jié)點(diǎn)和支路的平均影響因子,從而得到隨機(jī)和間歇性風(fēng)電功率注入下電力系統(tǒng)碳排放流的不確定特征。最后,以IEEE 14節(jié)點(diǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)算例的分析結(jié)果說明了所述方法的正確性和有效性,并獲得了風(fēng)電注入功率不確定情況下對(duì)系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)碳勢的影響趨勢,進(jìn)而為定量評(píng)估風(fēng)力發(fā)電對(duì)系統(tǒng)的低碳貢獻(xiàn)提供了新的理論支持。
[Abstract]:An analysis method considering the uncertainty of wind power injection power on carbon emission flow in power system is proposed. Firstly, the stochastic DC power flow based on the uncertainty of wind power injection power is used to obtain the power flow of the power system, and the relationship between the carbon emission flow and the power flow of the power system is calculated. The correlation function between the wind speed which determines the wind output and the total injected carbon flow rate of the system is obtained. Secondly, the output distribution factor of node-node path is obtained by the directed path algorithm. Under the assumption that the wind power fluctuation is borne by the balanced unit, the model of the correlation matrix between the conventional unit and the node and branch of the system is combined. The average influence factors of wind power injection on other nodes and branches are obtained, and the uncertain characteristics of carbon emission flow in power system under random and intermittent wind power injection are obtained. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated by the IEEE 14-bus standard example, and the influence trend of the proposed method on the carbon potential of the system nodes under the uncertain wind power injection power is obtained. It provides a new theoretical support for quantitative evaluation of the low carbon contribution of wind power generation to the system.
