智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度主站D5000系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,電力技術(shù)的革命,伴隨著現(xiàn)代電力體制的改革。電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化也是電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的需要,是電力走向市場(chǎng)的技術(shù)支持之一。在這種大環(huán)境下,電網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展愈加迅速和成熟,電力調(diào)度主站系統(tǒng)的智能化水平越來(lái)越高,智能化技術(shù)層出不窮,調(diào)度自動(dòng)化和變電站數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)連續(xù)不斷更新?lián)Q代。本文正是借此契機(jī),以國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)電力調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的問(wèn)題為內(nèi)容,以新鄉(xiāng)市智能電網(wǎng)電力調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)(D5000系統(tǒng))在并行過(guò)渡期的建設(shè)為現(xiàn)實(shí)背景,對(duì)當(dāng)前電力調(diào)度主站系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)進(jìn)行一些較為實(shí)際的研究和探討,以便給本區(qū)域今后的電網(wǎng)調(diào)度智能化相關(guān)工作,提出一些建設(shè)性的發(fā)展方向和可行性的實(shí)施方案,主要完成了以下的工作: 指出新型智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),需要建立完善的省-地一體化網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。一體化模型比原有的分級(jí)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化結(jié)構(gòu)模型,在智能化方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。分別從軟硬件配置、運(yùn)行方式、主站需求、調(diào)度通信功能升級(jí)等方面,研究新調(diào)度主站系統(tǒng)更符合智能化優(yōu)勢(shì)。 針對(duì)新的調(diào)度主站D5000系統(tǒng)在建設(shè)期內(nèi)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,分析總結(jié)并行過(guò)渡期的一系列典型經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出如何提高新系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的安全性、加快新系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試效率、保證新系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)智能功能順利啟用。 D5000系統(tǒng)所有智能化高級(jí)應(yīng)用的核心是狀態(tài)估計(jì)功能,它也成為智能電網(wǎng)一體化模型中主要的考核指標(biāo)。本文是在實(shí)現(xiàn)D5000系統(tǒng)功能的前提下研究狀態(tài)估計(jì),分析總結(jié)了提高新鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)模型狀態(tài)估計(jì)合格率的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和辦法。 調(diào)度主站D5000系統(tǒng)在電壓自動(dòng)控制功能上的大跨越,是提高調(diào)度和監(jiān)控人員工作智能化水平的一項(xiàng)明顯指標(biāo).電壓自動(dòng)控制功能,,在建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中需要解決的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和突發(fā)情況,是本文摸索總結(jié)的一個(gè)方向。希望通過(guò)對(duì)這方面內(nèi)容的淺析,幫助地市級(jí)調(diào)控中心更有效的開(kāi)展母線電壓越線的調(diào)控工作。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's modernization process, the revolution of electric power technology is accompanied by the reform of modern electric power system. Power dispatching automation is also the need of grid development and one of the technical support of electric power to the market. In this environment, the power grid technology is developing rapidly and maturely, the intelligent level of the power dispatching master station system is becoming higher and higher, the intelligent technology emerges in endlessly, the dispatching automation and the substation digitization system are continuously updated. This paper takes this opportunity to take the domestic advanced power dispatching technical support system as the content, and takes the construction of Xinxiang smart grid electric power dispatching technical support system (D5000) as the realistic background in the parallel transition period. This paper makes some practical research and discussion on the technology of the current power dispatching master station system, in order to provide some constructive development directions and feasible implementation schemes for the future work related to the intelligent power grid dispatching in the region. The main work is as follows: it is necessary to establish a perfect integrated provincial-land network model for the new intelligent power grid dispatching automation system. Compared with the original hierarchical scheduling automation model, the integrated model has obvious advantages in intelligence. From the aspects of hardware and software configuration, operation mode, master station requirement, dispatching communication function upgrade and so on, the new scheduling master station system is more intelligent. In view of the practical problems in the construction period of the new dispatching master station D5000 system, this paper analyzes and summarizes a series of typical experiences in the parallel transition period, and puts forward how to improve the security of the new system construction and speed up the debugging efficiency of the new system. The core of all intelligent advanced applications of D5000 system is the state estimation function, which is also the main assessment index in the smart grid integration model. This paper studies the state estimation on the premise of realizing the function of D5000 system, and analyzes and summarizes the experience and method of improving the qualified rate of the model state estimation in Xinxiang area. The large span of voltage automatic control function in D5000 system is an obvious index to improve the intelligent level of dispatching and monitoring personnel. The automatic control function of voltage, the practical problems and unexpected situations that need to be solved in the process of construction and realization are the directions of this paper. It is hoped that through the analysis of this aspect, it will help the city level control center to carry out the control work of bus voltage crossing line more effectively.
