基于能量譜特征的變速風(fēng)機(jī)振動調(diào)制信號的檢測方法

【摘要】:風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評估是提高風(fēng)機(jī)穩(wěn)定性并降低運(yùn)行成本的有效手段。為消除風(fēng)機(jī)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測中時變風(fēng)速對風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)械振動的時頻特性的影響,引入無量綱希爾伯特-黃變換方法繪制信號的幅值及能量譜特性。為了保證振動信號調(diào)制特征提取精度的同時降低計算量,提出了一種根據(jù)希爾伯特-黃譜的振動調(diào)制信號周期特征的提取方法,以風(fēng)機(jī)齒輪箱振動信號為對象進(jìn)行了調(diào)制特征提取實(shí)驗(yàn),并將提取結(jié)果與目前風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評估常用的傅里葉方法的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比。
[Abstract]:Fan operation state evaluation is an effective means to improve fan stability and reduce operating cost. In order to eliminate the influence of time-varying wind speed on the time-frequency characteristics of mechanical vibration in fan condition monitoring, the dimensionless Hilbert-Huang transform method was introduced to plot the amplitude and energy spectrum characteristics of the signal. In order to ensure the accuracy of vibration signal modulation feature extraction and reduce the computational complexity, a vibration modulation signal periodic feature extraction method based on Hilbert-Huang spectrum is proposed. Based on the vibration signal of fan gearbox, the modulation feature extraction experiment is carried out, and the results are compared with the results of Fourier method which is commonly used in the evaluation of fan running status.
