【摘要】：為驗證某核電站AP1000機組蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管的制造質(zhì)量,按照國家核安全法規(guī)、ASME規(guī)范第XI卷和西屋設(shè)計規(guī)格書的要求,在蒸汽發(fā)生器水壓試驗之后、裝料之前,采用渦流檢查的方法對全部傳熱管執(zhí)行100%的役前檢查。結(jié)合蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管役前檢查的實施情況,對渦流檢查系統(tǒng)、項目實施、檢查技術(shù)和檢查結(jié)果進行了闡述。檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),2臺蒸汽發(fā)生器共有24根傳熱管存在凹痕信號,23根傳熱管存在腫脹信號(均滿足驗收標準),其余傳熱管無可記錄信號。此外,還對本次役前檢查結(jié)果與制造完工報告進行了分析對比,役前檢查結(jié)果與制造完工報告一致。
[Abstract]:In order to verify the manufacturing quality of steam generator tube of AP1000 unit in a certain nuclear power plant, according to the national nuclear safety code, XI volume of ASME code and Westinghouse design specification, after steam generator hydraulic test, before loading, A 100% pre-service inspection was performed on all heat transfer tubes by eddy-current inspection. Combined with the implementation of pre-service inspection of steam generator heat transfer pipes, the eddy current inspection system, project implementation, inspection technology and inspection results are described. It was found that 24 heat transfer tubes had indented signals and 23 tubes had swelling signals (all meeting the acceptance criteria) in 2 steam generators, while the other heat transfer tubes could not be recorded. In addition, the results of pre-service inspection are compared with the report of manufacturing completion, and the results of pre-service inspection are consistent with the report of manufacturing completion.
