基于FPGA步進(jìn)電機(jī)細(xì)分驅(qū)動裝置的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,步進(jìn)電機(jī)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于許多行業(yè)的自動化控制系統(tǒng)中。而步進(jìn)電機(jī)的運(yùn)行性能除與其本身性能之外,還和它使用的驅(qū)動器有著密切的關(guān)系,故對研究高性能的驅(qū)動器越來越受到人們的重視。當(dāng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)在低頻工作時,由于其低頻特性,使其分辨率不高,容易產(chǎn)生振蕩,,運(yùn)行不夠平穩(wěn),無法滿足高精密度的要求。而細(xì)分驅(qū)動是步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動技術(shù)中控制效果最好的,可以解決上述的問題。 在分析和整理國內(nèi)外細(xì)分驅(qū)動技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)資料基礎(chǔ)上,本文利用電流矢量均勻旋轉(zhuǎn)的SPWM正弦細(xì)分方法,設(shè)計(jì)了基于FPGA兩相步進(jìn)電機(jī)細(xì)分驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由FPGA控制模塊、FPGA核心板、電流保護(hù)電路、光耦隔離電路、功率放大電路和橋式驅(qū)動電路組成,并利用Quartus II軟件對FPGA控制模塊內(nèi)部各模塊進(jìn)行了時序仿真,用示波器完成了對步進(jìn)電機(jī)的細(xì)分電流觀測。結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì)合理可行,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對電機(jī)繞組電流細(xì)分的目的,步進(jìn)電機(jī)的運(yùn)行性能得到改善。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, stepper motors have been applied in many industries of automatic control systems. The performance of stepping motor is not only related to its own performance, but also closely related to the driver it uses, so people pay more and more attention to the research of high performance driver. When the stepping motor works at low frequency, because of its low frequency characteristic, its resolution is not high, it is easy to produce oscillation, and its running is not stable enough, which can not meet the requirement of high precision. The subdivision drive is the best control in the step motor driving technology, which can solve the above problems. Based on the analysis and arrangement of domestic and foreign literature on subdivision drive technology, a two-phase stepping motor subdivision drive system based on FPGA is designed by using the SPWM sinusoidal subdivision method with uniform current vector rotation. The system is composed of FPGA control module, FPGA core board, current protection circuit, optocoupler isolation circuit, power amplifier circuit and bridge drive circuit. The timing simulation of each module in FPGA control module is carried out by Quartus II software. The subdivision current of step motor is observed by oscilloscope. The results show that the hardware and software design of the system is reasonable and feasible. The purpose of subdividing the winding current of the motor is realized, and the performance of the stepping motor is improved.
