AP1000核電主管道加熱過(guò)程溫度

【摘要】:建立了主管道三維有限元模型,借助ANSYS軟件對(duì)其加熱過(guò)程進(jìn)行溫度場(chǎng)、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的計(jì)算。采用分段加熱,第一階段初始溫度為20℃,加熱速度范圍為1.5℃/min到24℃/min。加熱至600℃保溫0~5 h。第二階段加熱速度范圍為2.5℃/min到24℃/min,加熱至1100℃保溫0~3 h。研究了不同加熱速度及均熱時(shí)間對(duì)管道溫度場(chǎng)、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,以1.5℃/min加熱到600℃保溫5 h然后再以2.5℃/min加熱到1100℃,保溫3 h,在該工藝下主管道不會(huì)發(fā)生塑形畸變,且比實(shí)際加熱工藝時(shí)間更短,可為今后制定主管道加熱工藝提供參考。
