小電流接地系統故障監(jiān)測高速數據采集系統研制

【摘要】:提出一種高性能的高速數據采集系統,該系統選用采樣頻率高達65MSPS的模數轉換(ADC)芯片,并采用以硬件方式實現控制并行性的現場可編程門陣列(FPGA),避免傳統控制器單線程運行難以實現高速采集的瓶頸。詳細介紹了數據采集系統的回路構成,并重點論述了FPGA的控制設計。實驗測試數據表明文中設計的高速數據采集系統能較好滿足小電流接地監(jiān)測系統的暫態(tài)數據分析的需求。
[Abstract]:A high speed data acquisition system with high performance is proposed. The (ADC) chip with sampling frequency up to 65MSPS is used in the system. The field programmable gate array (FPGA), which realizes the control parallelism by hardware, is used to avoid the bottleneck of high speed acquisition in the single thread running of traditional controller. The circuit structure of data acquisition system is introduced in detail, and the control design of FPGA is emphasized. The experimental data show that the high speed data acquisition system designed in this paper can meet the needs of transient data analysis of small current grounding monitoring system.
