大規(guī)模風(fēng)電場并網(wǎng)下的互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)廣域阻尼協(xié)調(diào)控制

【摘要】:在區(qū)域電網(wǎng)互聯(lián)以及大規(guī)模風(fēng)電遠(yuǎn)距離輸送的背景下,提出了一種新型廣域阻尼控制器設(shè)計方法。該方法采用交替Krylov子空間算法對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行降階,避免了傳統(tǒng)的平衡降階算法需處理2個高階Lyapunov方程的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮了同步發(fā)電機(jī)與風(fēng)電場的協(xié)調(diào)阻尼控制,提出采用均值方差映射算法對控制器參數(shù)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化。并提出增益調(diào)度思想,解決了控制器在系統(tǒng)不同運行方式下的魯棒性問題。算例結(jié)果驗證了所提方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:A new design method of wide-area damping controller is proposed under the background of regional power network interconnection and large-scale wind power long-distance transmission. In this method, alternating Krylov subspace algorithm is used to reduce the order of the system, thus avoiding the problem of two higher order Lyapunov equations to be dealt with by the traditional equilibrium order reduction algorithm. On this basis, the coordinated damping control of synchronous generator and wind farm is considered, and the mean variance mapping algorithm is proposed to coordinate and optimize the controller parameters. The idea of gain scheduling is proposed to solve the problem of robustness of the controller under different operation modes of the system. An example is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
