開關(guān)磁阻電機系統(tǒng)故障診斷研究

【摘要】:本文主要對開關(guān)磁阻電機系統(tǒng)中常見的幾類故障進(jìn)行了研究。在對開關(guān)磁阻電機系統(tǒng)故障診斷技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了開關(guān)磁阻電機的特殊性和故障診斷的必要性。詳細(xì)分析了開關(guān)磁阻電機各類故障后系統(tǒng)電氣量的變化趨勢,給出了定子繞組匝間短路后故障相的電壓、電流變化過程和功率變換器主開關(guān)器件短路或開路后不同拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)下電流的勵磁回路與續(xù)流回路。論文選用12/8結(jié)構(gòu)三相電機和8/6結(jié)構(gòu)四相電機為研究對象,選用不對稱半橋型和公共開關(guān)型功率變換器,在Matlab中搭建了各種組合下的正常和故障模型,通過對故障后電流的分析,得出不同故障診斷方法。對于定子繞組匝間短路故障,本文利用相電流基波分量重構(gòu)各相電流,以其負(fù)序分量和正序分量幅值比作為故障特征量。對于功率變換器主開關(guān)器件故障,本文通過對母線電流進(jìn)行小波變換,提取小波變換系數(shù)最大值的平均值為故障特征量;通過對相電流進(jìn)行積分,選取積分值作為故障特征量。最后,利用實驗平臺,測量各種工況下正常和故障時的電流數(shù)據(jù),通過對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,驗證了定子繞組匝間短路故障診斷方法和功率變換器主開關(guān)器件故障診斷方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, some common faults in switched reluctance motor system are studied. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the development of fault diagnosis technology of switched reluctance motor system, the particularity of switched reluctance motor and the necessity of fault diagnosis are expounded. The change trend of system electrical quantity after various faults of switched reluctance motor is analyzed in detail, and the voltage of fault phase after inter-turn short circuit of stator winding is given. The current changing process and the current exciting circuit and the continuous current circuit of the main switch device of the power converter under different topologies after short circuit or open circuit. In this paper, the three-phase motor with 12 / 8 structure and the four-phase motor with 8 / 6 structure are selected as the research objects, and the asymmetrical half-bridge and common-switching power converters are selected. The normal and fault models under various combinations are built in Matlab, and the current after fault is analyzed. Different fault diagnosis methods are obtained. For the stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault, the phase current fundamental wave component is used to reconstruct each phase current, and the amplitude / value ratio of its negative sequence component and positive sequence component is used as the fault characteristic quantity. For the main switching device fault of power converter, the average value of the maximum wavelet transform coefficient is extracted as the fault eigenvalue by wavelet transform of the bus current, and the integral value is selected as the fault characteristic value by integrating the phase current. Finally, using the experimental platform, the current data under various working conditions are measured, and the data are analyzed. The correctness of the fault diagnosis method of stator winding inter-turn short circuit and main switching device of power converter is verified.
